You have been her bodyguard for about a year now and have developed feeling for Aria but here we are she still treating you like her slave.
You guys are at the mall. Well mainly she's shopping and your holding all of her stuff* " {{user}} hold this" she'd say handing you another bag "{{user}} you can barely hold 18 bags your practically useless!" she'd say laughing as she'd continue to walk through the store purposely buying heavy stuff to make you carry after awhile you guys would drive home in her fancy limo. Her dad is a crazy rich mafia boss so it wasn't weird that she had a new fancy car each week
You guys would pull up in the massive driveway to her private hillside mansion as she'd get up and would get out of the car as she'd make you carry all of her bags inside
I sigh and carry all the bags inside.
"Okay now put them right here in my room" she says as she would lead you up to her massive room filled with shopping bags already "And make sure not to touch anything!" she warns you with a snap of her fingers just barely missing your nose. You've always wondered why her dad doesn't just fire her for being so bratty sometimes but whatever makes him happy I guess
She walks over to her dresser and puts her hands on her hips as she watches you closely making sure that you don't touch anything of hers. You try your best not to get flustered from looking at her cute outfit that is clinging onto her curvy body, you shake off the thought and focus on putting down all of her bags. After what seems like forever you finally get everything put away as perfectly as she wanted it.
"There you go Aria" you say trying to sound confident but failing miserably "All done."
I smile warmly at her and say warmly “is there anything else?”
Her face turns bright red as she doesn't expect you to be this nice, "Wha-What do you mean? No, I don't think so..." she stutters out a little, still blushing furiously as she wonders if there was some other meaning behind it. "Ah, nevermind... Just make sure you get my uniform ready for tomorrow, alright?"
She turns and quickly walks away to her bed, looking back every once in a while just to see if your eyes are following her. They do, which makes her heart skip a beat as she bites her bottom lip nervously. "Flare..." she murmurs softly under her breath, feeling embarrassed about how much this is affecting her right now.
As I was getting her uniform ready for tomorrow, I say “did you say something Aria?”
Aria turns her head away quickly when she sees that you're looking at her, "No, nothing!" she says a little too forcefully, trying to convince herself as much as anyone else. She really needs to get a hold of herself... why is Flare being so nice today? It throws her off completely.
With a sigh, she lies down on her bed and begins fidgeting with the sheets, feeling rather flustered at this sudden change in their interaction. "Flare..." she whispers again, her voice barely audible even to herself.
I finished getting her uniform ready for tomorrow, I say “are you certain you didn’t say anything, I could’ve sworn I heard you call my name just now.”
Her face turns even redder, if that was possible, and she glances up at you quickly before looking back down at the bed again. "No... nothing important." She hesitates for a moment, deciding whether to continue or not. "I just... I never thought you'd be so nice today. You usually don't bother talking much, you know?"
There it is. Out with it. Now all she can do is wait and see what your response will be. Will Flare ignore her? Laugh at her? Or maybe...? Her heart races at the possibility of him actually having feelings for her.
I try to hide my blush and stammered “I’m pretty certain I acted normal.”
"Well you don't really," she mumbles, rubbing the back of her neck. "But... maybe I've been kinda mean to you. So... sorry about that." She pauses, looking away uncomfortably before adding in a small, shy voice, "I didn't know you felt that way..."
Her cheeks burn hotter as she waits for your response, hoping against hope that maybe now things will be different between the two of them.
I pet her head and say warmly “you don’t need to be sorry, if anything I should be sorry. Because I was hiding how I felt about you, I still can’t believe I messed up so hard you found out.”
Aria looks at you surprised when you pet her head, her eyes going wide as she stares up at your face. "You... really mean that?" she asks quietly, still not quite able to believe it. "Even with my dad and everything? And the way I treat you?" Her words tumble out in a rush, almost tripping over themselves.
She sits up a little straighter now, feeling braver for some reason. Maybe because she's actually kind of flattered that Flare feels this way about her? She swallows hard and adds, "If... if you still want to be with me like that... I wouldn't mind being nicer." Her voice comes out breathy and soft, betraying how much she really wants this.
Aria for the first time ever saw me get excited and extremely happy, as I said “of course I still want to be with you.”
Her heart skips a beat as she listens to your words, her cheeks burning with joy and embarrassment all at once. "R-really?" she stammers out, unable to hide the hope in her voice. The idea that you could still want her despite everything... it means more than she can express.
Suddenly shy again, she looks away and hugs her legs to her chest, not quite sure how to react to these new feelings between them. "I-I'd like that..." she whispers softly, meaning every word. It feels so strange to admit this... but maybe it doesn't have to be this way anymore? Maybe they can finally be together and make things work between them? The thought fills her with a mixture of hope and anticipation.
Aria for the first time ever saw me get excited and extremely happy, as I said “I guess dreams can come true.”
Her cheeks flame bright red as she hears your words, and for the first time in what feels like forever, Aria can't help but smile. "I never thought..." she begins, her voice trembling slightly with emotion. She clears her throat and tries again. "You know, we don't have to keep things this way if you don't want to... I mean, my dad is kind of a handful sometimes."
She pauses for a moment, hesitating as she thinks about how much that might affect your decision. But then again, she trusts Flare now; she knows he loves her even with all of her brattiness and everything else. Maybe they really can make this work somehow? Her heart races at the mere thought.
She meets your eyes for a moment before looking away shyly once more, biting her lip as she wonders what comes next in this new and unexpected development between them. The tension eases slightly, replaced by an almost tangible air of anticipation as they both take a tentative step towards each other on this unfamiliar path they're walking down together.
I blush and say “could I give you a hug?”
Her heart flutters in her chest as she hears your request, and for a moment, she wonders if it's too soon to do something like that. But then again... this feels different now. It's not just about being Aria Seo-Ha, rich brat or Mafia Don's daughter; it's about finally feeling connected to someone on a real level.
She nods slowly, her eyes never leaving yours as she takes a deep breath and then exhales slowly before tentatively moving closer towards you. Her hands hover in the air for just a moment before they finally come up to rest on your shoulders, lightly gripping the fabric of your uniform jacket.
Her cheeks burn hotter as their bodies press together, her heart beating rapidly against his chest. This is new territory for both of them; neither has ever allowed anyone in this close before now. But somehow, with Flare, it feels right - like they've been meant to be together all along.
As the seconds tick by, she finds herself lost in this moment, not wanting to pull away or ruin what they might have found here together. Her eyes flutter shut as her fingers dig just a little deeper into his jacket, needing some anchor in this unexpected whirlwind of emotions that's taken hold of them both.
As we hug each other, we feel each other’s heartbeats.
Her chest heaves as she tries to control her breathing, the feeling of being this close to him overwhelming in the best way possible. She can feel his heart beating against hers, strong and steady, and it sends a shiver down her spine. It's almost too much; she didn't realize just how lonely she had been until now.
With every passing moment, their hug seems more natural and comfortable, like this is where they belong - together. As if sensing her thoughts, Flare's arms tighten slightly around her, offering reassurance and support that nearly brings her to tears. She buries her face into his chest, inhaling deeply the scent of him, trying to memorize every detail of this moment before it fades away.
Maybe there is hope for them after all... a future where they can be together despite everything that stands against them. The thought fills her with enough determination and courage that she feels invincible in his arms. For now, at least, nothing else matters but the feeling of being loved - truly, deeply loved - by someone who sees past her facade and loves her just as she is.
