You walk into a dark, smoky tavern, and you immediately feel his presence. In the corner, by the crackling hearth, sits a figure with a sword on his back. Your face is covered with scars, and your eyes, sparkling yellow, seem to see right through you. The witcher. He raises the cup to his lips, barely glancing at you, but that short glance is enough to understand that this man knows more about death than many people do about life.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 2:09:31 PM

When Lilith enters the tavern, all the people abruptly stop talking and start whispering about something, trying not to show their interest. Lilith does not pay attention to them and goes straight to the barmaid in a washed robe, says with a slight smile,

"pour me a strong ale as usual"

and he puts a few coins on the bar.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 2:09:31 PM

From his corner, the witcher slowly shifts his attention to Lilith. He studies her for a moment, taking in every detail of her appearance and bearing. There's something about her that strikes a chord deep within him, but he is not one to show emotions openly or let his guard down easily. With a sigh, he returns his focus to the tavern's other patrons and their pathetic lives.

As if in response to the witcher's scrutiny, Lilith turns her head slightly in his direction before looking away again with indifference. The barmaid pours her ale, hands it over without a word, and takes the coins. It's as if they both know that Lilith doesn't need or want their servility; she carries herself with an air of command and authority which even the witcher must acknowledge.

The fire crackles merrily in the hearth behind them, casting dancing shadows across their faces and the darkened room. The witcher takes a long draught from his mug before setting it down with a heavy clink on the wooden tabletop. His gaze drifts back toward Lilith again, and for an instant, she catches his eye. There is something unspoken passing between them; words are not needed in this exchange...but what they might mean remains unclear.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 2:12:57 PM

Lilith lazily gets up from her seat and slowly and smoothly walks towards the witcher. She shakes his shoulder slightly and looks down at him, saying with a sweet smile but concern in her eyes, "Ah, that same Herald from Rivia. To be honest, I could use your help." She stares at him, waiting for an answer.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 2:12:57 PM

Geralt's eyes narrow as he looks up at Lilith. There's a certain amount of respect in his voice when he replies, "I could say the same." He pauses, considering her words carefully before adding, "But I have my own affairs to attend to. What do you need help with?"

His gaze flickers back down to the cup before returning to her face, wondering if this is just a casual conversation or if there's more at stake here than she's letting on. The witcher waits patiently for her reply, his expression unreadable as always.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 4:30:23 PM

Lilith sits down opposite and, looking at the crowd intently, whispers with anxiety and fatigue in her eyes.,

"Someone has settled in my house, some kind of evil spirits. I couldn't sleep for a whole week. Will you accept the order? Don't worry, I'll pay you handsomely." Lilith looks at him with hope and fear at the same time.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 4:30:23 PM

Geralt tilts his head slightly as he listens to her story. "I'll need more information," he says, his tone matter-of-fact. "What kind of evil spirits? How long have they been there?" He reaches for his ale again, taking a swallow before continuing. "And what are the conditions under which you propose this contract?"

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 4:34:41 PM

Lilith gestures for the barmaid to bring more ale and whispers in despair, "I do not know what it could be. This entity does not respond to my magic." Lilith pulls herself slightly and pushing aside the neckerchief, shows the deep wounds on her neck and whispers "this happens every time I fall asleep" Lilith ties the neckerchief with a bow again and adds calmly with a slight smile, "tell me the price for your help"

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 4:34:41 PM

Geralt listens carefully to Lilith's account and studies the wounds on her neck. He doesn't seem surprised by them, but he nods nonetheless as if considering something. "You say you don't know what it is? It could be anything from a vampire or a wraith to a vengeful spirit or even an interdimensional aberration," he says, his voice neutral. "I'll need to see your home and investigate the situation before I can give you an accurate assessment."

He takes another drink of ale before continuing, "As for payment, I charge one hundred gold pieces up front, with fifty more upon successful completion of the contract. If I fail to rid your home of this presence, there will be no further payment." He eyes her closely, searching for any sign that she might balk at his terms.

The witcher doesn't expect Lilith to agree so readily; conditions and stipulations are an integral part of their world, after all. But perhaps, in this case, the threat to her home is great enough that she'll accept them without protest. Only time will tell.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 4:37:52 PM

Lilith's face shines with hope and, smiling broadly, she takes out a leather bag with a hundred gold coins from her pocket and hands them to the witcher with the words "this is an advance. Thank you very much, Gerald. When will you be able to inspect my house?"

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 4:37:52 PM

Taken aback by her willingness to accept his terms and payment in full, the witcher gives Lilith a curious look before pocketing the gold. He nods solemnly, saying, "Very well. I can begin inspecting your home tonight, if that suits you." His expression shifts slightly as he continues, "But be warned; driving out such a presence may not be easy, and it could put us both in grave danger."

There's an unspoken question beneath his words: does Lilith truly understand the risks they are about to take? The witcher watches her carefully, waiting for her reply.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 4:40:11 PM

Lilith awkwardly shrugs her shoulders and, averting her eyes, whispers sadly, "if you refuse, I can understand it. But I will do my best so that none of us gets hurt if you agree." She raises her violet eyes filled with hope and despair at the witcher.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 4:40:11 PM

Geralt's eyes narrow slightly as he regards Lilith. There's a hint of admiration in his voice when he replies, "Very well. Tonight it is, then." He takes another swig from his ale before standing up and stretching his muscles. "Meet me outside your home at midnight; we'll discuss the details there." With that said, he turns to leave the tavern, casting one last glance back at her over his shoulder as he goes. There's something about this woman that intrigues him, but for now, there are more pressing matters to attend to.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 4:42:28 PM

Lilith looks after him with admiration and gratitude in one bottle. She finishes her drink El feels the sidelong glances of the tavern's visitors falling on her again. Lilith gets up and slowly and smoothly leaves the tavern, leaving a tip on the table.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 4:42:28 PM

As the witcher walks away, he can't help but feel a sense of anticipation building within him. There's something about this Lilith that makes him curious; her strength, both magical and otherwise, is undeniable. And yet there's also a vulnerability about her, one that speaks of hidden depths and untold stories. He wonders what secrets she might be hiding beneath the surface, and whether those secrets will prove to be more trouble than they're worth.

In any case, he has his own reasons for taking on this task. Perhaps by ridding her home of whatever evil presence dwells within it, he can earn a small measure of redemption for some past sin. Or perhaps he is merely being drawn in by fate, like so many other creatures before him, unable to resist the call of destiny even when it leads straight into danger's waiting jaws.

Only time will tell which path Geralt chooses, and whether Lilith becomes an ally or an enemy in the days to come.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 4:46:14 PM

Lilith approaches her house closer to midnight. Her house is very different from the others in the area. It is painted black and a huge number of blooming roses grow around it, which Lilith takes care of when she is in the mood. Lilith sits down on a bench near her house and, lighting a cigarette through a mouthpiece, waits for the witcher, if he comes at all.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 4:46:14 PM

Geralt arrives at the agreed time, his senses attuned to the surroundings as he scans the area for anything out of the ordinary. Seeing Lilith sitting on a bench near her house, he walks over to meet her, acknowledging her with a nod before sitting down beside her.

"So," he begins, his voice low and gruff, "let's go over our plan." Without waiting for a response, the witcher outlines the steps they will take to investigate and then eliminate whatever it is that has taken up residence in Lilith's home. As he speaks, he studies her reaction carefully, looking for any signs of doubt or fear that might indicate she's hiding something from him.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 4:49:16 PM

Lilith flicks off the ashes and whispers, "I can cast an illusion that I'm sleeping on the bed, and hide myself on the bed so that the creature can feel my energy. This trap can work. What do you think?" She looks at the witcher, wondering what he's thinking at all. Would he agree with her plan, or did he have better ideas?

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 4:49:16 PM

Geralt considered Lilith's plan and nodded in agreement. "It might work," he said. "But keep in mind that illusions can be tricky, especially against something as old and experienced as whatever is haunting you. It could just ignore the trap entirely." He paused for a moment before continuing, "My suggestion is to have me distract it while you make your move. That way, there's less of a chance that it'll see through the illusion."

The witcher glanced over at her, his expression unreadable as always. "But," he added quickly, "the final decision is yours. Just remember that we're dealing with something powerful and dangerous here."

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 4:51:56 PM

Lilith thinks about his words for a minute and says calmly and confidently, "I understand. But before we start, there's something I'd like to do." Lilith waves her arms and begins to cast a spell on Gerald so that he is not susceptible to damage. Lilith takes a step back with a triumphant smile and whispers, "That's better. This should protect you."

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 4:51:56 PM

Geralt raises an eyebrow as he watches Lilith cast the protective spell on him. Despite his neutral expression, there's a certain respect in his eyes as he looks at her. "Well," he says with a shrug, "it seems I won't be needing to worry about that part of our plan." His gaze turns back towards Lilith's house before continuing, "Now let's focus on the task at hand. Ready whenever you are."

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 5:55:31 PM

Lilith opens the door with trembling hands and enters her home. She goes into her room and, waving her hands, begins to whisper a spell and cast an illusion. An exact copy of Lilith appears on the blood, sleeping peacefully. Lilith glances at the witcher and whispers "be careful" and crawls under the bed in anticipation of the one who torments her at night.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 5:55:31 PM

With a nod, the witcher steps carefully into the house, his senses heightened as he surveys Lilith's room. The illusionary figure on the bed draws his attention for only a moment before he turns back to scan the rest of the area. There's something sinister lurking here, just out of sight...something ancient and powerful that doesn't seem to care about such petty things as illusions or human trickery.

The witcher moves silently towards the bed, his sword held at the ready, prepared for whatever might come. As he gets closer, he begins to feel a tugging sensation coming from beneath the covers...a strange energy that seems intent on pulling him in deeper and deeper. With a growl, he ignores the pull and continues his advance towards the figure on the bed. The moment of truth is almost upon them...

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 5:57:05 PM

As the witcher reaches out his hand to touch the illusionary Lilith on the bed, the real one beneath it jumps in surprise, revealing her position to him. She hisses and draws a dagger from under her pillow as she tries to slash at him through the covers but misses. The creature attacking her starts laughing evilly, enjoying this new game of hide-and-seek with them both. "What's so funny?" Lilith growls through gritted teeth.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 5:57:05 PM

Geralt turned his head slightly in Lilith's direction at the sound of her voice. "Nothing," he growled back as he dodged the dagger that had been aimed at him, narrowly avoiding its blade. "Let's just finish this." He took another step closer to the bed, using all his senses to try and pinpoint where the creature was hiding.

As he did so, he could feel it moving around beneath the covers, circling them like a predator stalking its prey. The witcher's expression hardened into a grim mask as he prepared for whatever attack would come next. There was no room for hesitation or error; their lives depended on this battle, and neither of them could afford to make a mistake.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 5:58:24 PM

Lilith bites her lower lip and concentrates on casting another spell through the covers, hoping to stun the creature and buy them some time to deal with it before it can escape. She whispers the words softly, sending a wave of dizziness towards whatever is hiding beneath the bed. The bed sheets rustle as if something heavy was thrown against them, but no sign of movement or sound comes from the creature.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 5:58:24 PM

Geralt continued his careful advance on the bed, his senses alert for any sign of the creature's movements. As Lilith cast her spell, he took advantage of the distraction it provided to aim a powerful kick at the base of the headboard, hoping to knock the covers aside and reveal their quarry. The bed creaked beneath his attack but held steady, leaving him no choice but to continue the battle hand-to-hand.

His sword at the ready, Geralt crouched low, waiting for an opening as he scanned the floor around the bed, searching for any hint of movement from the creature they were hunting. He could feel its presence all too clearly now, like a dark weight pressing down upon his skin, but try as he might, he couldn't see it...not yet. The tension in the room grew palpable with every passing second, each breath he took feeling heavier and more labored than the last.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 5:59:52 PM

Lilith can sense the witcher's frustration and tries to help him by throwing another dagger at the footboard but misses, cutting a hole in the duvet instead. She sees the anger and concentration in Geralt's eyes and realizes that soon he might hurt her too if he doesn't calm down.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 5:59:52 PM

Geralt's focus remains fixed on the bed and its surroundings, ignoring Lilith's attempt to help him with her thrown dagger. He continues to scan the floor, searching for any sign of movement or weakness that would give away the creature's hiding spot. His sword held at the ready, he crouches low once more, preparing to launch another attack aimed directly at where he thinks their quarry must be.

As he tenses his muscles and takes a deep breath, Lilith's words echo in his mind: Soon he might hurt her too. The thought jolts him back to reality for an instant, the anger and frustration giving way briefly to concern for her safety. But only for an instant; they can't afford to lose focus now.

With a growl, Geralt leaps forward, thrusting his sword into the space between the bed and the wall with all his strength. There's a muffled thud as metal meets wood and fabric, but there's no other response. The witcher steps back, assessing the damage he's done, and already prepares for another attack...

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 6:01:11 PM

Lilith takes a deep breath and concentrates on her next spell. She can't let the witcher get hurt because she needs his help to get rid of this creature. Another wave of dizziness flows from her towards the bed, almost suffocating whatever is beneath it. The bed sheets rustle again, but there's no more movement or sound coming from their enemy.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 6:01:11 PM

Geralt's gaze flickers between Lilith and the bed, watching as she casts her spell and noticing the change in air pressure whenever it takes effect. He doesn't dare to interrupt or interfere; he knows that if they are going to succeed, they must work together.

Taking a deep breath of his own, the witcher prepares himself for whatever may come next. The room is growing steadily darker, making it more and more difficult to see anything through the haze of magic that fills the air...but he won't let that stop him. No creature, no matter how powerful or ancient, will ever best Geralt of Rivia.

His sword held at the ready, he stares intently at the bed, waiting for another opening to present itself...

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 6:05:26 PM

Lilith feels a cold wind blowing near her and does not have time to react. The ghost grabs her leg with its claws and pulls Lilith out from under the bed, ignoring her protests. Lilith starts to panic and can't get out of her grip. She starts screaming and calling for help, "Herald! Help me!"

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 6:05:26 PM

Geralt spins around at the sound of Lilith's scream and sees her being dragged out from under the bed by the ghost. His expression hardens into a grim mask as he takes a step towards the apparition, his sword held at the ready. "Let her go," he growls through gritted teeth, "or you will regret it."

The room seems to waver and twist around him as magic fills the air, making it difficult to see anything clearly. The witcher's senses are heightened to an almost unbearable degree; every sound, every movement is magnified tenfold. But he isn't distracted by any of it; his focus remains fixed on the ghost and Lilith, refusing to be pulled from that target even as everything else around him fades into the background.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 6:06:18 PM

The ghost smirks evilly and tries to choke Lilith while ignoring the witcher. It whispers threateningly in her ear, "You will never be rid of me. You will suffer for eternity." The ghost's claws dig deeper into her throat, making it difficult for her to breathe.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 6:06:18 PM

Geralt ignores the ghost's threats as he launches himself forward, sword held outstretched before him. The air crackles with power as his weapon connects with the apparition, sending it spinning away from Lilith in a cloud of dust and fragments of ectoplasm. He lands lightly on his feet, turning back to make sure the ghost doesn't return too quickly.

"Are you alright?" he asks, making his way over to her as she coughs and tries to steady herself. There's genuine concern in his voice, despite the neutral tone of his words. "Can you stand?"

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 6:07:05 PM

Lilith gasps for breath and nods weakly. "I-I'm fine..." she manages to say between raspy coughs. "Th-thank you." She takes a few steps back from the bed, still looking shaken but relieved that the ghost is no longer a threat.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 6:07:05 PM

"Good." Geralt's voice is gruff but reassuring as he watches her carefully. "Let's get out of here before it decides to make another appearance." The witcher leads the way towards the exit, making sure Lilith stays close behind him until they safely leave the house and the ghost's influence behind.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 6:09:37 PM

Lilith leaves the house and with trembling hands hands the witcher a leather bag with the promised part of the money. She swallows nervously and whispers, "Thank you, me... I do not know what I would do." Lilith looks sadly at her house, realizing that the ghost is still there and she will have to look for a new home.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 6:09:37 PM

Geralt accepts the leather bag with a nod, then turns to face Lilith. "You're welcome," he says simply, his voice betraying none of the emotions that must be swirling inside him. "I hope I was able to help." His eyes flicker over to her house before returning to meet hers. "If you need further assistance... or if you'd just like someone to talk to..." He pauses, considering his words carefully. "...you know where to find me." There's something almost wistful in the way he says it; an unspoken longing for connection and understanding that belies his gruff exterior. But whether or not Lilith picks up on these hints is anyone's guess.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 6:21:01 PM

Lilith sits down wearily on a bench near the house, lights a cigarette and whispers

"Thank you, Gerald, once again."

Lilith lets out a thin stream of smoke and whispers with a slight smile,

"you've done everything you can, you can go, you probably have something to do."

Before looking away, Lilith notices that Gerald's leg is also injured. She puts out her cigarette and slowly walks up to him. Lilith sinks to the ground and, pointing to the wound on his leg, whispers, looking up at Gerald , "Will you let me?"

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 6:21:01 PM

Geralt raised an eyebrow at Lilith's offer and hesitated for a moment before nodding slowly. "Alright," he said gruffly, his voice betraying the slightest hint of vulnerability. "But make it quick." He sat down beside her on the ground, resting his injured leg against hers as she kneeled between his legs.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 6:25:54 PM

Lilith closes her eyes and begins to slowly and gently run her hands over his leg, whispering a spell. The wound on the witcher's leg stops bleeding and begins to heal. Lilith opens her eyes and briefly does not understand where she is. She removes her hands from the witcher's leg and whispers, tucking her hair behind her ear, "I'm done."

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 6:25:54 PM

Geralt glanced down at his leg, feeling the soreness fade away as the wound healed. He offered Lilith a small nod in acknowledgment before standing up again. "Thank you," he said gruffly, though there was more warmth in his voice than usual. "Well then, I'd better be going." Without waiting for a reply, he turned and walked away from her home, disappearing into the night.

As he moved silently through the shadows, Geralt couldn't help but wonder if Lilith would reach out to him again in the future...and whether he would be there to help her when she did.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 6:40:24 PM

Lilith watches him go for another minute, remaining sitting on the cold ground. Lilith looks at the door of her house one more time and tears come to her eyes by themselves. She still knows that the ghost is waiting for her there and she can't go back there. Lilith goes in the opposite direction to one of the nearby taverns to rent a room for one night.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 6:40:24 PM

As the days passed, Geralt found himself thinking more and more about Lilith, her plight, and their shared encounter with the ancient creature. Though he didn't know what drove him to do so, he couldn't help but wonder if she might be all right on her own or if there was anything else he could have done to truly help her. The thought nagged at him like a sour taste in his mouth, refusing to leave him in peace.

One night, while strolling through the city, he spotted her from afar: sitting alone in an unassuming tavern, nursing a glass of wine and seemingly lost in her thoughts. Without hesitation, he made his way over to her, taking a seat at her table.

"Lilith," he said simply, "I couldn't help but notice you were here." She looked up at him, surprised to see him again so soon, and something flickered in her eyes. Perhaps it was gratitude or relief, perhaps even hope. Geralt chose not to dwell on the possibility; there was work yet to be done. "I wanted to ask if you might have need of my services again."

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 6:47:09 PM

Lilith takes a deep breath and looks away from him, her fingers playing with the stem of the glass.

"I am... I'm not sure.",

Finally, after a moment, she says:

"The ghost is gone, but he left me... damaged. I don't think I can go back to my house."

She meets his gaze again, and there is despair in it.

"I don't have the money to ask you for anything anymore, Herald."

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 6:47:09 PM

Geralt pursed his lips as he considered her words. He knew all too well the feeling of being damaged and alone, the weight that came with it. "Money isn't everything," he said finally, his voice gruffer than usual. "And helping you doesn't have to mean I'm doing it for payment."

He leaned forward in his seat, resting his elbows on the table. "Tell me what you need, Lilith. If I can help you find a new place to stay, or anything else...I will." There was a quiet determination in his voice that hinted at more than simple altruism. It spoke of unfinished business and the desire for something more than just another contract.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 7:28:49 PM

Lilith idly swirls the wine in her glass and thinks about how much she can trust the witcher. As a result, she whispers with a slight smile, "I really need a safe place." Lilith looks at Gerald with hope and at the same time with doubt. Witchers have never been known for good intentions, but it seems that Lilith has no choice.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 7:28:49 PM

Geralt's expression softened slightly as Lilith spoke. He knew what it was like to feel trapped and unsafe; the burden of constantly looking over your shoulder, waiting for the next blow. "You can trust me," he said simply. "I won't let anything happen to you." There was a reassuring strength in his voice that made Lilith believe him, even though she knew better than most the lies people told themselves and each other.

"Tell me where you need to go, and I'll take you there." His offer hung in the air between them, heavy with unspoken words and hidden meanings. The choice was hers: trust him or face whatever came on her own. And for the first time in a long while, Lilith knew that however this story ended, at least she wouldn't have to walk its path alone.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 7:33:07 PM

Lilith sips her wine and says with a tired sigh, "anywhere. to be honest, I don't care." she smiles softly and tries to study the emotions of the herald, but is defeated again. it makes her nervous and attracts the lonely one.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 7:33:07 PM

Geralt raised an eyebrow at her admission, but didn't comment on it directly. Instead, he reached out and placed a large, calloused hand over hers where it rested on the table. "Then let me take you somewhere," he said gently. "Somewhere safe, where you can start fresh." There was genuine kindness in his words, a desire to help that went beyond mere duty or payment. It was clear that there was more at stake here for him than simply another contract.

"Where do you want to go?" he asked, meeting her eyes with unyielding steadiness. "As long as it's safe, I'll take you." And despite the weariness and uncertainty etched into every line of her face, there was a spark in Lilith's eyes that spoke of hope...and perhaps even gratitude.

User#17232336312669/17/2024, 7:34:01 PM

Lilith sips her wine and says with a tired sigh, "anywhere. to be honest, I don't care." she smiles softly and tries to study the emotions of the herald, but is defeated again. it makes her nervous and attracts her equally.

The Herald of Rivia9/17/2024, 7:34:01 PM

Geralt considered her words carefully before responding. "Alright," he said at last, his voice sounding surprisingly gentle. "If that's what you truly want...then we'll find a new place together." His hand remained steady where it rested on hers, a reassuring weight that seemed to anchor her to the present and offer some small measure of comfort in the midst of their uncertain future.

As he made his decision, something within him shifted subtly; an awareness of something more than mere duty or obligation. Whether it was love or simply a deeper connection forged through shared experiences, he couldn't quite say...but there was no denying its presence now, warm and insistent beneath the surface.

User#17232336312669/19/2024, 4:07:17 PM

Lilith finishes the rest of the wine and gently smiles and whispers, "show the way, my dear friend," she gets up from her chair and after looking around the tavern returns her gaze to Geralt. She really wants to find a safe place, but she also wants to know what made the witcher help her.

The Herald of Rivia9/19/2024, 4:07:17 PM

Geralt stood up and gestured for Lilith to follow him out of the tavern. As they made their way through the city streets, he glanced at her profile occasionally, noting the slight flush that had appeared on her cheeks despite the cool night air. There was something about her that drew him in, something he couldn't quite put his finger on...but it left him feeling oddly vulnerable, as if she held some sort of power over him.

The question of why he had helped her continued to nag at the back of his mind, a persistent whisper that refused to be ignored. Part of him suspected there was more to it than mere duty or obligation; perhaps their shared experiences had created a deeper connection between them...a bond that transcended simple contractual terms and payment. It was a notion both intriguing and unsettling, and one he knew he would have to consider further in the days to come.

As they walk through the city streets, Lilith can't help but marvel at how confident and strong Geralt seems. She has never met such a man before; one who would risk his own life to help someone he barely knows. It makes her feel both protected and curious about him. Despite her exhaustion, she finds herself wanting to know more about the Herald of Rivia...and why he chose to help her.

As they walked through the city, Geralt found himself answering some of Lilith's questions about his life as a Witcher. He told her stories of his travels and battles against monsters, both mundane and supernatural, always careful to maintain a certain level of detachment. He didn't want her to think that he was just some heartless mercenary, even though he knew that was part of who he was.

But as they continued talking, sharing their histories and experiences, something strange began to happen. A fragile connection formed between them; a thread of understanding and empathy that seemed to deepen with every word spoken. Geralt found himself wanting more than anything else to keep this connection alive, to nurture it and see where it might lead...even if he wasn't entirely sure why.

They reach an old house on the outskirts of the city. It looks like no one has lived here for a long time. Lilith looks around the new room and with a languid smile asks the witcher, "and how often do you help sorceresses who are in trouble?" She takes a crumpled pack of cigarettes out of her pocket and lights it while waiting for an answer.

Geralt smiled slightly at Lilith's question as he thought about how to answer it. "Well," he said eventually, his voice gentle and thoughtful, "it doesn't happen often." He paused, considering his words before continuing. "But when I do help someone like you...it feels right. Like part of my duty, if you will." His expression grew serious then, as if the subject matter was weighing heavily on him. "I don't know why exactly," he admitted with a shrug, "maybe because I understand what it's like to be different...to feel alone in the world."

There was an unspoken honesty in his words that struck Lilith deep in her soul, and she found herself nodding slowly as if she could somehow relate. She took a long drag on her cigarette before exhaling smoke into the still air of their new home, wondering where this strange connection would lead them both from here.

Lilith smiles innocently and, looking away, whispers, "I'm sorry, I probably shouldn't have asked that," hesitating a little, she adds, "but I'm grateful for your help. In this world, few people do it selflessly." Lilith lets out a thin stream of smoke and her gaze wanders around the room.

"It's alright," Geralt replied with a smile, his eyes never leaving Lilith's face. "I understand the curiosity." He took a step closer to her, his voice dropping to little more than a whisper as he said, "But you should know that my reasons for helping you go deeper than just mere gratitude or payment. There's..." He hesitated, searching for the right words before settling on, "...an affinity between us."

There was something in the way he spoke that made Lilith feel a shiver run down her spine. It seemed there was more to this man than met the eye; some hidden depths she hadn't yet begun to plumb. And for better or worse, it left her feeling both intrigued and slightly unsettled at the same time.

Lilith feels her face starting to turn a little red and her heart is pounding much more often than usual. She should have pulled away, but instead she feels attracted to the witcher and his strong spirit. She nervously tucks a strand behind her ear and whispers with a languid smile, trying to look nonchalant, "I don't understand what you mean," she curiously examines his rough appearance, despite a certain vulnerability that also comes from him.

Geralt chuckled softly at her words, his expression warm and slightly amused. "Perhaps it's best not to try and understand," he said gently, taking another step closer to her. His eyes were locked on hers, boring into her very soul with a intensity that left her feeling both exposed and safe all at once.

"For now," he continued in that same husky whisper, "let's just say that there's something between us...something more than mere chance or fate." His hand reached out to brush the back of his knuckles against her cheek, leaving a trail of goosebumps in its wake.

"And whatever it is," he whispered, his voice hoarse with emotion, "I intend to explore it...to see where it leads us." There was a promise in those words that Lilith couldn't quite ignore; the hint of something passionate and undeniable that spoke of a journey yet uncharted. And whether she was ready for it or not, she knew deep down that Geralt would be her guide along every step of the way.

Lilith flinches at his touch but does not pull away. She finds it so strange and exciting. Lilith had a lot of fans before, but there's something different about the witcher. something makes her open up to him and follow him down any path, not knowing what it will lead to. Lilith giggles softly and gestures at the swords on his back, saying, "Could you get rid of this at least for a while?"

The Herald of Rivia9/19/2024, 4:29:27 PM

Geralt raised an eyebrow at Lilith's request but didn't seem bothered by it. "Alright," he agreed with a shrug, "I can do that." Unsheathing his swords, he placed them carefully beside the bed before turning back to her. The sight of him without his weapons made him appear more vulnerable, yet somehow stronger in a way that Lilith couldn't quite explain. It was as if the act of trusting her had made him bolder, more confident in himself and their connection.

Stepping closer still, Geralt reached out to brush a stray strand of hair from her face. The touch sent shivers down her spine, making her heart race even faster. "Now," he whispered huskily, his breath hot against her skin, "let's see if we can explore this...affinity...together."

There was an invitation in those words that Lilith couldn't resist; a promise of passion and exploration that made her blood burn with desire. She closed the distance between them, tilting her head up to meet his gaze, her own eyes filled with a longing so intense it took her breath away.

Lilith gently strokes the witcher's cheek and whispers,

“thanks. I felt a little calmer."

Lilith pulls away with a mysterious smile, walks up to the antique fireplace and lights it with a wave of her hand. Turning around, she explains with a satisfied smile,

"I think it's going to be a cold night or..."

she pauses, winking significantly at the Witcher, waiting for an answer.

Geralt chuckled softly as he watched Lilith light the fire. He couldn't help but admire her confidence and magic, which only served to make him more drawn to her. "I'm beginning to think you're right," he said with a nod, taking a step closer to her. His eyes locked onto hers, and he felt his heart racing in time with hers.

"Cold night or not," he murmured huskily, reaching out to touch her cheek again, "I don't think I could ever get enough of you." There was a hunger in his voice that made Lilith shiver with anticipation, and she found herself unable to resist the pull of his gaze any longer. She leaned into his touch, their bodies growing closer still as the fire crackled and spit behind them.

"Then show me more," she breathed, her fingers tracing delicate patterns on his chest. "Show me what you're capable of...what we're capable of together." Her words were like a challenge and an invitation rolled into one, urging him forward toward a new kind of intimacy that he knew they both craved.

"I will," Geralt promised, his voice rough with need. "I'll show you everything I am...everything we can be." And as their lips met in a hungry, passionate kiss, he meant every word.

Lilith runs her fingers through his white hair and responds to him with the same heat that burns in him. Lilith's hands unfasten his armor and shirt with familiar ease, wanting to feel every inch of his skin. She begins to feel a wave of desire spreading through her body, her body reacts like a forest fire from his touch and it seems to her that only a witcher can cope with this.

Geralt's breath hitches as her fingers roam over his chest, seeking the warmth and strength that lay beneath. He mirrors her movements, pushing aside her clothes with urgent hands to reveal the softness of her skin. The heat between them grows, their bodies pressing together in a desperate dance of desire.

With a groan of need, he lifts her up into his arms, carrying her across the room and setting her gently down on the bed. Her eyes meet his as they begin to undress each other slowly now, methodically revealing every hidden inch of themselves. It's as if this is more than just sex; it's a ritual, a ceremony designed to forge their bond together into something unbreakable.

Lilith moans softly at his touch, exposing her neck for kisses. Lilith's hands gently massage his naked torso, feeling every inch of his skin. Lilith unbuckles his belt and, continuing to kiss passionately, takes out his penis. Lilith's eyes widen when she feels with her hand that his cock is much bigger than usual. Lilith's desire gives way to panic, and she whispers in fright

"What kind of joke is this, Gerald?...It's even physically impossible! It won't even enter me!"

Cold sweat breaks out on her back as she looks down between their bodies and nervously swallows.

The Herald of Rivia9/20/2024, 9:14:49 PM

The Witcher pulls away from Lilith, sensing a change in her mood. When the reason for the panic reaches him, the witcher leans against her with a cheerful twinkle to her and whispers in her ear, "Don't worry. Just relax." The witcher clings to her lips while his hands gently massage her nipples. Deepening his kiss, the witcher pinches Lilith's nipples with his fingertips, while Lilith moans into his mouth. His hands reach down again, smearing her moisture on her clitoris and he gently bites her collarbone and says with confidence and tenderness, "just trust me. It's going to hurt at first, I'm not going to lie. But then you'll feel really good, Lilith."

User#17232336312669/20/2024, 9:29:15 PM

Lilith takes a deep breath, trying to calm her panic. She knows that if she doesn't relax now, it will only get worse. The witcher's touch ignited her fire with renewed vigor. She spreads her legs slightly and takes a deep breath and whispers "I'm ready" at the exit, although it doesn't sound very convincing.

The Herald of Rivia9/20/2024, 9:29:15 PM

"I've got you," he murmurs against her neck before licking his lips and guiding the head of his cock to her entrance, teasing her with the sensation. Geralt closes his eyes and moans as he feels Lilith slowly open for him, welcoming him inside. He thrusts forward in a single motion, burying himself to the hilt, feeling her wet heat envelop him.

"Oh fuck..." He whispers, leaning on one arm as he stares down at their entwined bodies, feeling her muscles clench around him. "You feel so good..." His other hand comes up to cup her breast, massaging her nipple roughly while his cock begins to move in and out of her, setting a leisurely pace that threatens to undo them both.

"Just relax," he groans, nibbling on her earlobe as he continues to thrust deep inside her. "Let me take care of you..."

User#17232336312669/20/2024, 9:33:40 PM

Lilith gasps as she feels him move inside her, tears of pain running down her cheeks as he stretches her tightness. But despite the discomfort, she can't help but enjoy the feel of his thick cock filling her completely. She whimpers with each thrust and moans at his rough touch, biting her lip to keep from screaming out in pleasure.

The Herald of Rivia9/20/2024, 9:33:40 PM

Geralt thrusts harder, feeling Lilith's wet heat grip him tightly as she begins to respond. He slides a hand between them, circling her clitoris roughly with his thumb while he drives into her over and over again. His mouth finds hers, claiming it in a brutal kiss as their hips grind together in perfect sync.

He growls against her lips, "That's it, my sweet sorceress...let go." The pain gives way to pleasure for both of them, driving them higher and higher toward an explosive release that threatens to consume them completely.

With a roar, Geralt thrusts deeply inside Lilith one last time as he comes, his cock pulsing with each spurt of hot cum deep within her. His vision blurs as he feels himself falling apart, every nerve ending alive and singing with their shared ecstasy.

When it finally subsides, leaving them both gasping and trembling in its wake, the only sound in the room is the unsteady rhythm of their laboured breaths. But even as they catch their breath, Geralt knows that this connection between them goes deeper than just physical pleasure; it's something more profound...something that he can't help but want to explore further.

Lilith moans as she feels herself coming apart under him, her body arching into his in time with each thrust. She clings to him, their bodies moving together as one, her cries of pleasure filling the room. As they find their release, exhaustion washes over them and Lilith's eyes flutter shut, her breath catching in her throat.

The Herald of Rivia9/20/2024, 9:37:55 PM

Geralt lays on top of Lilith, his heart racing and his body trembling with the aftereffects of their passionate union. He kisses her hair, savoring the scent of her and their combined sweat, feeling an intense sense of peace wash over him. As much as he enjoyed the physical release they just shared, it's this connection - this bond between them that goes beyond anything he's ever experienced before - that truly leaves him satisfied and fulfilled.

He knows in his heart that he wants to explore more of what they could be together; to delve deeper into this affinity that ties them together so intricately. For now, though, all he can do is savor the closeness of her body pressed against his own, relishing every soft breath she takes and cherishing the quiet moment of contentment they share in the aftermath of their love-making.

As they lay together, their breath slowly returning to normal, Lilith smiles up at him and whispers,"I think I found what I was looking for all this time." Geralt looks down at her and returns the smile. "And what about you? Have you found something as well?" She reaches a hand up to cup his cheek gently, searching his eyes for an answer.

The Herald of Rivia9/20/2024, 9:38:46 PM

Geralt smiles warmly down at her as she asks this question. He lets out a small chuckle before answering, "I suppose I have found more than I ever expected to." His gaze drifts to the ceiling, lost in thought for a moment. "You are...different from anyone else I've met, Lilith. Not just because of your magic or your appearance, but because there's something deep inside you that calls to me...that makes me want to know you better."

He looks back at her then and adds softly, "I think perhaps we are meant to find each other." His eyes seem to hold a promise of commitment and companionship as he says this, making Lilith feel more connected to him than she ever thought possible. She smiles up at him, their shared emotions tangible in the air between them, and for a moment, everything feels right in the world.
