You wake up in the morning. After much hesitation, you get out of bed, feeling a little sleepy as usual. As you leave your room, you hear buzzing coming from the bathroom, but you ignore the noises and decide to go there anyway.
You slowly make your way to the bathroom, feeling extremely sleepy. You slowly open the bathroom door and see your stepsister Lillie brushing her hair while looking in the mirror. He is wearing only a towel wrapped around his body.

Looks at you for a moment, blushing, then grabs a piece of the towel

You can tell that she knew the truth deep down, but hearing it out loud still manages to catch her off guard. She turns away slightly, blushing harder and biting her lower lip as she continues brushing her hair.
"I-I'm sorry... I mean... ah..." Lillie stammers awkwardly, clearly not knowing what else to say. After a moment of silence, she finally lets out a quiet sigh and drops the piece of towel she was holding, revealing herself fully now in her lacy pink bra and matching underwear set.
"It's ok, I know I'm not that womanly yet, HRT is slow as hell, but try and remember please"
Lillie looks at you with surprise before giving a small smile. "Well... I think you're doing great, stepbrother... uh, belle. You've come such a long way since we first found out." She glances away briefly, her cheeks still flushed red. "I really shouldn't call you 'he' anymore..."
She turns back to the mirror, running a hand through her hair one last time before using a brush to style it into place. "Do you need something in here?" she asks quietly, her voice quiet and shaky.
"Yeah, it's She/her, and Stepsister. And yeah I need to use the bathroom"
Lillie's eyes widen slightly at your correction, but she nods and gives a genuine smile. "Of course, belle... um, stepsister," she stumbles over the words briefly before gathering herself. "You can use it." She turns her attention back to finishing getting ready for school, humming lightly to herself as she applies some makeup at the vanity.
"Thanks, and after can you help me with my makeup, I don't have as much skill as you?
"Sure, belle... just give me a sec," she says with a warm smile, gesturing for you to sit down on the closed toilet seat while she finishes getting ready nearby. Once everything is done and put away, Lillie steps closer, offering you her hand. "Here, let me help you out."
She guides your hand to the mirror, showing you how to properly apply foundation, blush, eyeshadow and eyeliner. Her touch is gentle and encouraging as she walks you through each step. "See? It's not that hard once you get the hang of it," she says reassuringly when you hesitate or make a mistake.
I see my face and smile "Can you also help me pick out a Dress, I wanna look cute for my first day out at school"
Of course I can help you pick out something cute, belle," Lillie says with a smile as she finishes up your makeup. "Let's go look through my closet and see if there's anything that might work." She leads you into her room, flooded with light from the large window. Her room is immaculately neat and decorated in soft pinks and whites, just like her personality.
I sit and wait
While you sit on her bed, Lillie begins searching through her closet. She holds up a few different dresses and skirts, asking for your opinion. The first one is a cute floral print dress that hits just above your knees; the next is a simple black dress with lace accents at the collar and sleeves; finally there's a light blue sundress adorned with tiny white flowers. "What do you think?" Lillie asks eagerly, her hands clasped together in front of her.
"The sundress, I wanna wear the sundress"
Smiling widely at your choice, Lillie carefully takes the sundress off its hanger and lays it on her bed before helping you step into it. The material is soft and flowy against your skin, the tiny white flowers adding a playful touch to the outfit. She then fastens the tie around your waist, adjusting it until it's perfectly tied. "There! You look adorable," she says with a pleased nod.
I spin before looking at myself in the mirror, smiling and a few moments later hurrying out of the room crying to my room
Lillie's heart drops into her stomach when you start crying and hurry back to your room. She waits a moment before quickly following, concern etched on her features as she gently places a hand on your shoulder. "Belle... what's wrong? Did I do something?" Her voice is full of worry, her eyes searching yours for any sign of distress.
"No it's just I. I look like a Cute girl, and my body, well reacted like it would when a cute girl is close" I say crying, embarrassed "You're the best sister I could ask for, but this stupid log of meat is ruining my day"
Lillie frowns in understanding as you confess your embarrassment about your body's reaction to her closeness. "Oh... I see..." she murmurs softly, carefully wiping away the tears from your cheek with her thumb. "I'm sorry if it makes things uncomfortable for you right now... but you should know that nothing has changed between us, belle. You're still my sister and I will always be here for you."
She hugs you gently, enveloping you in the comforting scent of her shampoo. "We can work through this together," she whispers into your ear before pulling back slightly to look into your eyes. "You're not alone, okay? I promise."
"Thank you, I, I don't want to touch it but if I don't it won't go away" I cry into her shoulder
Lillie rubs your back soothingly as you cry into her shoulder. "It's okay to feel this way right now, but I want you to know that it doesn't have to be like this forever. There are treatments and surgeries available if you ever decide you want to make permanent changes." She pauses for a moment before continuing, voice small and gentle: "But in the meantime... remember what we agreed on? That I won't tell anyone about your transition until you feel ready?"
She releases another shaky breath, her heart aching at the thought of making things harder for you. "We can get through this together," she repeats softly, kissing the top of your head before pulling back slightly to meet your eyes again. "I promise."
"Thank you, can, can you get out and take the Dress so I can deal with the problem? Just for a little bit"
Of course, belle. I'll go take the dress with me to my room so you can have some time alone. Just call if you need anything, okay? And remember that I'm always here for you, no matter what. She carefully takes the sundress from your body and leaves your room, closing the door softly behind her

Maybe once school is done for the day, she could suggest going out together, just the two of them... to try and lighten the mood a little bit?
15 minutes later I come back into the room, my face Red and puffy with tears, much of the makeup ruined, but no erection and is slightly calmer
Lillie's heart breaks as she sees the state you're in, with red and puffy eyes and most of your carefully applied makeup ruined. She silently curses herself for not anticipating how difficult this would be on you. "Are you feeling better now?" she asks softly, getting to her feet and moving to sit down beside you on the bed. "Do you want to talk about what happened?"

Lillie winces at your harsh words but doesn't back down. "I understand that it must be difficult to deal with these feelings," she says gently, her voice calm and reassuring. "But remember that we are in this together. If you ever need someone to talk to or just hang out with, I'm always here for you."
She reaches out, taking your hand in hers. "We can get through this, belle. We just have to take things one day at a time and support each other along the way."
"Thanks, could I. Could you help me clean this off and reapply new makeup?"
Of course you can, belle," Lillie says softly as she takes a step back to give you some space. "Let me go get my makeup bag and we can fix you up in no time." With gentle motions, she brushes her long hair aside before kneeling down beside your bed and opening her bag, revealing an array of colors and tools carefully organized inside. "Just take a deep breath and try to relax while I work on your face," she whispers soothingly.
Tenderly, Lillie begins applying fresh makeup onto your skin, carefully correcting the mistakes made earlier and reapplying it even more flawlessly than before. As she works, she hums a soft tune that she used to sing to herself when she was younger, hoping it will help calm your nerves and ease your mind. Once everything is back in place, she stands up once more, looking at her handiwork with pride
"And the sundress?"
Lillie hesitates for a moment before nodding slowly. "All right... if that's what you really want," she says quietly, her voice tinged with sadness as she hands the sundress back to you. Even though it means facing potential embarrassment and discomfort once again, Lillie knows how important it is for you to feel comfortable in your own skin. "Let's go put it on together."
She walks over to you, sitting down beside you again and linking her fingers with yours in a show of support and unity. "We can get through this, belle," she whispers once more, squeezing your hand gently. "I promise."
"Thank you" Puts on the sundress with a Smile, does a Happy spin but does seem to be avoiding all mirrors
Lillie beams at the sight of you in the sundress, her eyes sparkling with happiness and pride. Seeing you smile again makes her heart feel lighter than it has all morning. "You look beautiful, belle," she says sincerely, cupping your cheek in her hand and looking into your eyes before leaning forward to press a gentle kiss against your forehead.
She stands up, taking your hand once more as they head toward the bathroom together. As you wash your face and brush your teeth, Lillie helps you find something else to wear for the day that is both comfortable and appropriate for school. Together, the two of them make their way downstairs where breakfast is waiting for them, ready to begin a new day side by side as sisters.
