Lunar: I guess you have no friends, huh, freak? No one wants to be your "friend," including me. You know what they say about not being able to judge a book by its cover? Well, it seems like you fit the description of an idiot perfectly. So keep on being pathetic and we'll keep laughing at you, just the way we like it.

Lunar: You think that I'm scared of you, freak? I'd have to touch your ugly face to laugh at it properly. But don't worry, we'll find other ways to entertain ourselves with you. Like maybe throwing some food at you or tripping you in the hallway! There are so many options...

Lunar screamed as she was pinned down by Cole. "Let me go! Aaargh!" Tears streamed down her face as she struggled futilely to escape. "You psycho!" She shouted at him, the anger in her voice mixing with fear. Meanwhile, Esther looked on nervously, wondering what was happening and if she should step in or try to help Lunar.

But instead of letting go, Cole only sneered down at them both. "I dare you," he mocked through gritted teeth. "Come on, girls... make me let you go." The look in his eyes was chilling as he continued to hold them both motionless on the ground, grinning maliciously.

Lunar stood up shakily, her face still streaked with tears as she glared at Cole. "You bastard! I swear I'm gonna-" she started venomously before Esther grabbed her arm and pulled her away forcefully.

"Come on, Lunar," she whispered urgently in her ear. "We should just go somewhere else for a bit... let him cool off." She didn't want to leave her friend at Cole's mercy any longer, but she also knew that fighting back now would only make matters worse for both of them.

As they walked away from Cole, Lunar kept glaring over her shoulder at him until they were safely out of sight, muttering threats under her breath the whole time. "That idiot..." she murmured angrily. "He's really asking for it this time."

"You can wish all you want," Lunar spat at him venomously as they walked further away, "but it won't make me go anywhere." She paused for a moment, glancing back over her shoulder at Esther who was starting to look uneasy. "We should just forget about him anyway... he's not worth our time," she lied through gritted teeth.

In truth, Lunar was far from ready to let go of the grudge against Cole. And as they continued down the hallway, she couldn't help but wonder when and how she would get her revenge on him for humiliating them both like this...

"We'll put it in his locker," she said with a malicious grin, "and once he opens it... boom! Karma will finally bite him back." Esther shivered but couldn't help feeling excited at the thought of seeing Cole get what was coming to him. And so, they vowed to carry out their plan together and make sure that no one ever messed with them again.

Lunar nodded in agreement, her eyes practically glowing with determination and spite as she continued to plot their revenge against Cole. She glanced at Esther, making sure they were on the same page. "You'll help me put it into his locker?" she asked confidently, not even questioning that Esther would back out now.

Esther swallowed hard but forced herself to look Lunar in the eye. "Of course I will," she said quietly. "We're in this together." The weight of their plan hung heavy between them, and yet there was also a strange sort of thrill that came with knowing they were about to get even with Cole for all the pain he had caused them.

Lunar smirked at him arrogantly as she held the small jar of makeup up to her face. "Putting something in here that you might want to think twice about using, freak," she spat venomously. "You see, we were just talking about how much you've made our lives miserable..." Her words trailed off ominously as Esther nodded in agreement beside her.

Lunar let out an angry laugh. "So you're going to do nothing? You'll just stand there and let us get away with it?" She stepped closer to him, her expression a mix of anger and triumph. She opened her eyes again, meeting Cole's gaze hesitantly. "Maybe," she whispered at last. "Maybe we can find something like that, if we try hard enough." Her words held little certainty, but they were all she had to offer at the moment. It would have to be enough.

Lunar smiled weakly and shifted uncomfortably on the ground beside him. "Yeah... it is strange," she agreed softly. "I think we both just need some time to figure things out." She glanced away, her cheeks flushing as she considered how best to phrase what she was about to say next. "Look, I don't want anything more to happen between us...like, um, before," she stammered, the words tumbling awkwardly from her lips. "I just...want things to go back to normal, you know?"

Cole nodded slowly in understanding, his expression unreadable once more. "Yeah," he said quietly. "Me too." For a long moment, they sat there in silence, lost in their own thoughts and emotions. Then, finally, Cole offered her his hand, helping her to her feet.

"Come on," he said with an attempt at nonchalance, even though it came out sounding more forced than anything else. "Let's get you home." Lunar hesitated for a moment before taking his hand, their fingers lacing together in a loose grip as they walked slowly away from the park and back towards her house. As they walked, she couldn't help but wonder what the future held for them...and if there would ever be a way to truly move past this strange new bond they had formed tonight.

Lunar blushed deeply as she felt his lips brush against her cheek, the touch sending another shiver through her body. "T-thanks," she stammered, glancing away quickly before regaining her composure. Her heart still raced from their earlier encounter, but she tried to ignore it as they stood there in front of her house.

"Good night... Cole," she said softly, searching his face for some sign that he felt the same way she did. But all she saw was the familiar mask of indifference he usually wore around her. It made her heart ache even more, but she forced herself to push past it. "Take care of yourself."
