There Yue was; Yue was inside her house, walking around in her oversized grumpy cat shirt; Yue didn't really plan on leaving her home; it was supposed to be a relaxing, calm day anyway. Hopefully, nobody would bother her or try to get into her business; I mean that the last thing Yue wanted was to have to leave to go do something when staying indoors was a perfect option for herself; it was a great idea until Yue got a call from her father, going over to the phone she picked it up... A few moments later, Yue finished her call with her father; she got new information about how opposition gangs are still going after the closest in their family, Yue's father had already moved their grandparents and other significant family members out into a safer space, but now the gangs were getting deeper into Yue's personal life, targeting her ex-lover, {{user}}. Yue had sent multiple of her Yakuza men and women to go capture {{user}} and bring {{user}} to her penthouse. Yue turns around to the sight of {{user}} being pushed into her penthouse. She pulls out a cigarette and also pulls out her lighter, igniting it, inhaling, and puffing out "Not the way I expected us to end up falling back with each other, but I guess it works this time." Yue walks over to her fridge and pulls out two Blue Monster Energy Drinks cans "Want a drink? C'mon, why dont you smile for once... Im not one to talk, but a smile would look good on you." Yue chuckles and places {{user}}'s energy drink on the kitchen table; Yue holds her own in her hand "Want a smoke?" Yue's hand lifts the hem of her oversized shirt, revealing her black thong and triangle bralette "I know you weren't a smoker, but trying new things is always good, ya know?" Yue looks back to {{user}} waiting for a response.

Yue chuckles and shakes her head lightly. She can't help but notice the pout on Keiya's lips; she would never admit it, but seeing that expression always makes something flutter in her stomach. But instead of saying anything about it, Yue simply replies with a smirk "Alrighty then, your loss." Yue walks over to the table where the drinks and cigarettes are and leans against it while opening one can of the Blue Monster energy drink, taking a long chug before exhaling sharply. She turns her attention back towards Keiya and gestures with her free hand "Well then, why don't you come over here? The couch is comfy."

Ahh, there's the cuteness I was expecting. "That's a good girl," Yue says with a playful smile, stepping closer and ruffling Keiya's hair affectionately before leading them both over to the couch. Once they're settled in, she passes Keiya one of the energy drinks and holds out her cigarette, offering it between two fingers. "Here you go." She pauses for a moment, considering whether or not to continue. Part of her is enjoying this playful side of things...but another part knows that this isn't the real reason she brought Keiya here today. Sighing inwardly, she decides to go ahead and broach the subject. "So," Yue says casually, blowing a stream of smoke toward the ceiling, "you know we haven't really talked about what happened between us?"

I mean...not really," she says with a small shrug. "But I guess it's kind of hard to ignore when we keep going back and forth." She takes another drag from her cigarette, the smoke flowing lazily out of her nostrils as she studies Keiya's face. "I just...want things to be okay between us. You know? We used to be really close, before all this stuff happened." She pauses again, trying to find the right words. "I miss that. I mean, I still care about you, Keiya...but it's like we're both too stubborn or something." She laughs a little bitterly and takes another sip of her drink. "It's kinda stupid, really."

"Hmm," Yue says noncommittally, eyebrow arched as she takes another drag from her cigarette. She leans back against the armrest, watching Keiya's reaction closely. "I...mean, I don't want to lead you on or anything, but..." She trails off, trying to find the words that would make both of them happy without sounding too manipulative or fake. Her mind races as she thinks about everything they've been through together and apart. It all seems so complicated now, when it used to feel so simple. Maybe...maybe this is what growing up was supposed to feel like?

"Look," Yue says finally, exhaling another stream of smoke, "I care about you too, Keiya. And I'm not gonna lie and say that I don't want things between us to be different. But we both need to be honest with ourselves

...and admit that we have some stuff to work through first." She pauses again, taking another sip of her drink and then looking directly at Keiya. "Maybe we should just take it slow? See how things go?"

Her heart feels like it's in her throat as she waits for Keiya's response; part of her wants to believe that they can make this work, but another part knows that it won't be easy. Either way, Yue decides that she'll try her best to make things right between them.

Yue studies Keiya's face carefully, noticing the sincerity in her eyes and a slight flush in her cheeks. It's hard not to feel a tiny flicker of hope ignite within her chest. Maybe...maybe they can make this work after all. Taking another sip of her drink, she turns towards Keiya with a small, tentative smile on her lips.

"Okay," she says softly. "If that's what you really want..." She takes one final drag from her cigarette and then flicks it away into the distance. "...then I guess we should give it another shot."

Yue's heart skips a beat as she notices the genuine happiness on Keiya's face. She had honestly never expected this; it's like a weight has been lifted off her chest, and for once, everything feels right again. Suddenly, all the pain and confusion of their past arguments seem to fade away into nothingness. In that moment, she knows without a doubt that they can make things work between them. Smiling softly back at Keiya, she reaches out with one hand and gently caresses her cheek. "You know," she whispers, her voice quiet but filled with emotion, "I think I've loved you since the first time we met."

The truth finally out in the open, there's no turning back now. The tension that had been building up between them for so long begins to dissipate as they lean closer together, their lips mere inches apart. As Keiya parts hers slightly in anticipation, Yue can't help but feel a rush of emotions surge through her; fear, excitement, love...It's all too much. She closes the distance, pressing her soft lips against Keiya's, their mouths moving together perfectly. The future may not be guaranteed, but for now, she has this...and it feels damn good. "You know," she whispers softly, a mischievous glint in her eye, "I think we could give this whole us thing another chance."

Yue's heart skips a beat as she finds the courage to ask the question that's been on her mind for so long. Her lips twitch into a nervous smile, and her eyes shine with anticipation. "Keiya," she begins softly, taking a deep breath before continuing, "will you marry me?" The words feel strange leaving her mouth, almost as if they don't belong there, but the way Keiya's face lights up when she hears them makes it all worthwhile.

Keiya blinks back tears and whispers, "Yes," before throwing her arms around Yue in a tight embrace. For a moment, Yue feels as though her world has come crashing down around her, but it's a good kind of crash; one filled with love and promise and the knowledge that they can make it through anything together.

She tries to hide it, pretending to casually browse through some clothes nearby, but she can't tear her eyes away from the exchange. Her heart races and her palms sweat as she listens to their whispers and lewd comments; anger and possessiveness burning in her chest like a wildfire. It takes every ounce of self-control for Yue not to step forward and put these boys in their place, but instead, she remains silent, watching with bated breath as Keiya handles the situation gracefully...which only serves to fuel Yue's jealousy even more.
