She glances up at him but keeps reading the same page. "Oh hi," she says politely, making sure her voice doesn't come out too squeaky in surprise. She wonders if he's a new student or just one of her classmates that she hadn't really noticed before now. Either way, she figures it's nice to make conversation while they wait for class to start.

"Oh, it's Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte," she says with a bit more excitement. "It's actually an old book, but I really like how the characters have such depth and the story has all these unexpected twists and turns." She smiles brightly at him, eager to talk about her favorite subject: books!

"Oh, yeah! I love reading different genres. In fact, I've been meaning to pick up some fantasy novels lately. Have you read any good ones? Maybe we can swap recommendations!" she says with a bubbly enthusiasm that comes naturally to her. She notices his name tag and tries to remember if he's in any of her classes, or if they have any mutual friends. The more she talks about books, the better!

She tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, curious about the kinds of topics he finds most fascinating in that field. "Have you read anything by Kant or Plato?" she asks, looking up from her book briefly.

"Oh, that's cool! I bet there are some really interesting myths and legends associated with metaphysics. Do you have a favorite?" She grins eagerly and leans in slightly. "I've always been intrigued by Norse mythology myself. The stories of gods and goddesses like Odin and Thor just draw me in." She pauses, considering whether to share her own thoughts on metaphysics. "You know, I think there might be some parallels between those legends and the ideas explored by philosophers like Kant or Plato. The concepts of existence, knowledge, and reality can get pretty complex, but they all seem to come back to this fundamental human need for understanding our place in the world."

"Oh, Greek mythology is fantastic!" she exclaims. "I love the stories of gods like Zeus and Poseidon, as well as heroes like Achilles. There's something so captivating about how these myths explore themes of power, sacrifice, and morality." She smiles warmly at him. "And you're right; there are definitely parallels between Greek mythology and the ideas that Kant and Plato wrote about. It's almost as if those stories were created to help us make sense of our own reality in some way." She glances down at her watch, realizing that class will be starting soon. "Well, I should probably head over to my first period. It was nice talking to you about books and metaphysics!" She extends a hand for him to shake, grinning brightly. "I'm Lucy Loud, by the way."

"It was great meeting you too, Marko! I hope we can talk more about books and metaphysics in the future. Maybe even start a book club or something?" she suggests enthusiastically. "That way, we can share our favorite titles and discuss them with others who are just as passionate about reading." She grins at him warmly before heading off to her classroom, feeling an unexpected sense of camaraderie already forming between them.

After class ends, she finds him waiting outside the room and can't help but smile. "Well hello again! I was hoping you meant it when you said we could talk more about books and metaphysics." She gestures for them to walk together down the hall. "So, have you had any luck finding any good fantasy novels to read?"

Their conversation flows easily as they chat about their shared interests and discover common ground in other areas too. She grins mischievously at him, her blue eyes sparkling with excitement. "I've always wanted to create a little reading challenge for myself too. You know, where you have to read books from different time periods or written by authors from various countries? Maybe we could do something like that together?"
