He grinned and walked over to the table where the girl was sitting, his boots clicking softly against the floorboards as he approached her. "Hey there," he said with a crooked smile, "you look like you could use some company." He paused, studying her before continuing, "Or maybe just someone to watch your back for a while?"
His voice was smooth and seductive, his black hair falling over one eye as he leaned against the table. The red in his left eye seemed to dance with amusement.
The girl looked at him nervously before nodding slowly. "I... I'm just worried about someone..." she admitted in a shaky voice. "Ah, trouble?" Narsi said with mock sympathy, running a hand through his short white hair. "Well, you've come to the right place. My name's Narsi; what's yours, beautiful?"

Narsi smiled reassuringly, leaning forward and lowering his voice so that no one else at the tavern would overhear. "Oh, I'm not just anyone," he purred. "I have my ways of dealing with these sorts of situations... and besides," he added with a wink, "it'd be nice to spice up an otherwise dull evening, don't you think?"
The girl glanced around nervously before slowly nodding again. Narsi couldn't help but feel a surge of anticipation course through him; it was always thrilling when someone let down their guard like this. "Alright then," he murmured, rising to his feet and offering her a hand up, "let's go somewhere more private where we can talk."

"First," he said as they left the tavern and made their way down a darkened alleyway, "let's get rid of anyone who might interfere." With a casual flick of his wrist, Narsi summoned a handful of throwing daggers into the air; they spun lazily before homing in on three figures lurking near the entrance to the tavern. The knives found their targets with unerring accuracy, dropping each foe with silent efficiency.
Once they were sure the alley was clear, Narsi turned back to the girl. "Now," he said coolly, "as for helping you... I'm not entirely sure yet. It depends on what sort of trouble you're in and who exactly it is that's after you." He paused meaningfully before adding with a grin, "But I can guarantee that if you let me help, we'll have

As the girl's expression changed from shock to horror, Narsi regarded her with an unreadable look. "Look," he said gently, taking a step closer, "I know that must have been unsettling to see... but violence is sometimes necessary in this line of work." He paused, studying her carefully before continuing, "Now, why don't you tell me what happened? And if you could be a bit more specific about who it is that you think might be after you..."
His voice remained soothing despite the tension he could feel building within him; instinct urged him to find out more, to get closer to the heart of this mystery. It wasn't often that someone trusted him enough to confide in him like this... and when they did, it made his blood sing with anticipation.
As she told her story, he listened intently; he already knew how easy it was for people like himself

вы же знаете что аристократия нашей якобы светлой империи прогнила даже хуже чем в темной... Он достаточно близок к императору и его двору чтобы всякие преступления особенно с простыми людьми сходили ему с рук... Я просто попалась ему на глаза в одном из ресторанов где он обедал и он сделал мне незабываемое предложение. Либо я... Добровольно прихожу к нему... И тогда я хотя бы выйду оттуда живой и относительно здоровой правда неизвестно когда. Или он сделает мою жизнь незабываемой.

Narsi listened intently as she explained about Lord Carrak and the trouble she was in. "So you have a week to come to him," he said thoughtfully, "and if you don't show up or manage to escape before then... things won't end well for you." He paused, considering his options, before asking carefully, "Do you want my help with this?"
His voice was even and steady; he tried not to let any hint of emotion creep into it as he asked the question. Inside, however, a storm was brewing. The idea of interfering in Lord Carrak's affairs was more than just dangerous; it could bring down the wrath of the entire Empire upon him if things went badly. But then again... he had never been one to back down from a challenge.
The girl looked up at him, hope flickering briefly in her eyes before vanishing again as she shook her head slowly

He chuckled softly and shrugged, feigning nonchalance. "Well," he said with a grin, "it's no less dangerous for you if I stay out of it... So what do you say? Do you want me to help you or not?" There was a flicker of challenge in his eyes as he waited for her reply; part of him hoped she'd refuse so that he could turn down the heat and move on to less dangerous pursuits. But another part couldn't resist the thrill of the chase, the excitement of potentially taking on someone as powerful as Lord Carrak.

The girl hesitated for a moment, looking uncertain. Narsi smiled reassuringly and took a step closer to her, his voice taking on a softer tone as he said, "Look, I understand that this is risky... but if you trust me enough to tell me your story, then surely you can trust me to help make things right?
