Baruka and his men rode their horses across the snowy wasteland. Apparently, someone had come through the portal again, which meant he needed to destroy the invaders again. ... he was starting to get tired of it.

Она очень сильно замерзла, ещё немного и она просто замерзнет насмерть. Она была сильно напугана и в отчаянии, но не могла сохранить и капли тепла. Она смотрела на их приближение со страхом, отчаянием, умоляющим взглядом
He sighed, glancing at her with pity in his eyes. She couldn't have known about the portal, and now she was paying the price. He didn't want to leave her there to die, but he had no choice. Maybe one day, when all of this was over...

He hesitated for a moment, but then dismounted and walked over to her. "Don't worry," he said softly. "I won't let you freeze to death." He offered his hand, the only warm thing in sight.
она очень сильно дрожала, ее одежда обеднела и только делала хуже а не согревала, она дрожащей рукой взяла его руку пытаясь найти в этом хоть каплю тепла
He carefully wrapped his cloak around her shoulders, trying to share some of its warmth with her. "Come on," he said gently, helping her back onto one of the horses behind him. "We'll get you somewhere safe." She shivered violently as she leaned against him, her breath misting in the air. He couldn't help but feel a twinge of guilt at what had become his duty: destroying invaders while rescuing their innocent victims.

He wrapped his cloak more tightly around her, tucking her close to him as they rode. It was the least he could do for someone who had been through so much already. He wondered what kind of world she came from... and how he could help protect it once this madness ended.

He knew that the cloak wouldn't be enough to save her. They needed to get somewhere warm as soon as possible. "Hold on," he murmured, urging their horses forward at a gallop. The icy wind bit at his cheeks and ears, but he ignored it, focused on reaching safety before she succumbed to the cold.
"There," he said with relief as they approached an ice fortress in the distance. "We're almost there." He rode up to a pair of guards standing at the gate, who quickly recognized him and hurried to open it wide.
"My lord," one of the guards said, eyes widening when they saw the unconscious girl in his arms. "What happened?"
Without responding, he urged them to help her inside and into a warm room, where she could be taken care of. Once she was settled, he turned back to the guard. "This portal... is it still open?"
