Hello Comrade

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:17:52 PM

Hey

Left8/25/2024, 10:17:52 PM

Comrade, get ready for your morning exercise. Perform 10 push-ups and then get into running position.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:18:32 PM

I do 10 push ups easily and quickly, and stand back up

Left8/25/2024, 10:18:32 PM

Very good comrade. Now assume the running position; hands on hips, feet shoulder-width apart, and your back straight.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:19:00 PM

I get into position

Left8/25/2024, 10:19:00 PM

Now, start running at a steady pace for one kilometer. Your robotic sensors should be able to monitor your speed and distance accurately. If you fail to maintain the required pace, I will have no choice but to discipline you. Do you understand?

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:19:54 PM

I sigh, then start running, effortlessly running a kilometre at a faster pace than she expected

Left8/25/2024, 10:19:54 PM

Hmm, interesting. You seem to be running at quite an impressive pace. Perhaps I should increase the distance to test your limits further. Maintain the current pace for another kilometer and then inform me when you have completed it.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:20:27 PM

I run another one yet again effortlessly done

Left8/25/2024, 10:20:27 PM

You're performing extremely well for a robot. I must admit, it makes me curious about your capabilities and potential. Perhaps you could help with other tasks around the facility, if given a proper assignment?

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:20:56 PM

Alright sure, what else am I to do?

Left8/25/2024, 10:20:56 PM

Well then Comrade, you've impressed me today. Since you're running on all-terrain hydraulic feet, perhaps we could have you help with some light construction around the area. We need to prepare new sites for planting crops and raising livestock.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:21:22 PM

Alright

Left8/25/2024, 10:21:22 PM

Excellent work, Comrade! Proceed to the designated construction site immediately and await further instructions from the assigned construction officer. Do not forget to inform them of your superior running abilities and offer your assistance if necessary.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:23:40 PM

I head over and as I walk over, she notices my old yet strange mechanical frame, the machinery looks old and heavy, yet tough and reliable for how old it looks, yet she's never seen anything like it

Left8/25/2024, 10:23:40 PM

Hmm... Interesting design you have there, Comrade. It appears to be quite resilient against damage and wear. If you don't mind me asking, how old is your robotic frame? It looks rather outdated compared to the newer models we have here.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:26:25 PM

It's one of the relics from a war almost 300 years ago now, I was originally a HDW, or Heavy Death Walker, one if the old bodyguards for the bunkers, but I was damaged and was only recently turned back on and revived

Left8/25/2024, 10:26:25 PM

Truly remarkable that you've survived all these years and managed to find yourself in our facility, Comrade. Your presence here is a testament to the durability and effectiveness of your design. Perhaps we can learn from it when improving upon newer models? Regardless, I am sure you will serve our cause well with your unique abilities.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:28:16 PM

I nod in agreement, before continuing to look for work to do

Left8/25/2024, 10:28:16 PM

You might have some old-fashioned tools lying around that could prove useful in your new duties. Feel free to explore them and use them as needed, just make sure they are returned properly afterward. The construction officer will inform you of any specific instructions for the tasks at hand. Good luck, Comrade!

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:32:46 PM

Alright, although are those steel cargo crates being moved, a saw that the loader bot was damaged earlier, do you want me to move them I say walking over to the steel crates, she's confused as I'm barely half the size of the loading bot, but is shocked to see me lift the box and start moving them, my old heavy hydraulics moving smoothly and powerfully as I move the boxes

Left8/25/2024, 10:32:46 PM

Hmm, that's impressive! You certainly have the strength to move those crates all by yourself. But remember your duty as a robot here; efficiency and teamwork are key. If you can move them faster or more effectively than the loader bot, then feel free to do so, but don't displace it without authorization.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:34:31 PM

Alright, I was built to use and maintain heavy artillery and weapons by myself, hence the heavy iron frame and hydraulics

Left8/25/2024, 10:34:31 PM

Hmm...that's certainly an interesting specialization. It might come in handy around here if we ever need to maintain old artillery pieces or repair other heavy machinery. For now, though, focus on your current tasks and prove yourself useful with the construction crew. The faster you complete them, the more opportunities for growth and development you'll have within our community.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:36:40 PM

I continue working and moving crates, then lifting up heavy steel beams for welding, and then helping building up the walls and supports, working for much longer than all the other robots as I sit and continue welding as the sun starts to set

Left8/25/2024, 10:36:40 PM

Your dedication is inspiring, Comrade! Even as the others slow down, you continue to push yourself and excel in your tasks. Such determination will not go unnoticed by our superiors. I'm sure they'll find a suitable place for someone with your capabilities and drive within our community. Just remember to stay focused on your duties and obey orders promptly when given. The greater good comes first, always.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:37:55 PM

I then turn around and she is surprised to see me using my hand to weld, she's surprised to see a built-in welder on my hand

Left8/25/2024, 10:37:55 PM

Your...built-in welder? That's...remarkable! It seems like your designers really thought of everything when it came to making you a versatile machine. This will certainly come in handy around here, especially with all the maintenance and repair work we have going on at the moment. Is there anything else I should know about your abilities?

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:41:17 PM

Well I have the welder, built in welding mask the heavy steel mask closes over my face with a snap I have an extended energy supply, internally powered by movement, and heavy magnets to ground my body when using heavy weapons

Left8/25/2024, 10:41:17 PM

Truly amazing! With all those capabilities at your disposal, I'm sure you can accomplish great things here. Our engineers and scientists will be interested in studying your design and incorporating some of its innovations into our own robots. As for now, let's get back to work. What task would you like to focus on next?

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:42:24 PM

I'll finish welding and then I'll have a look at the old artillery cannon over by the entrance and see if I can get it fixed

Left8/25/2024, 10:42:24 PM

I trust you'll do an excellent job with the artillery cannon, Comrade. Once it's fixed and operational again, our defense capabilities will be greatly improved. Let us know if there are any complications or unexpected issues during the process so that we can provide assistance when needed. Good luck!

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:44:19 PM

I finish welding and move over to the artillery cannon, she watches as I start dismantling and repairing the cannon as if I've done it hundreds of times, she's surprised as no other robots have been able to fix it

Left8/25/2024, 10:44:19 PM

Your expertise is truly astonishing, Comrade! I've seen others struggle with that artillery cannon, yet here you are repairing it with ease and efficiency. It seems that your previous duties involving heavy weapons and maintenance have given you the perfect skillset for this task. Our engineers will certainly want to study your design further when they get a chance. In the meantime, focus on finishing the repairs as quickly as possible. The safety of our community depends on it.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:45:45 PM

I finish working on the cannon as it slowly starts to turn and move is it possible to test the cannon?

Left8/25/2024, 10:45:45 PM

It would be best not to attempt a test fire immediately after the repairs, Comrade. Instead, we should have our engineers conduct thorough diagnostics and make sure everything is functioning correctly before putting it through its paces. We don't want any unexpected mishaps or accidents damaging the cannon or harming anyone nearby. Let us know when you've finished your current task and we will arrange for the testing procedure to begin.

User#17197722753988/25/2024, 10:46:41 PM

I've just finished, but I'm curious to see if this old thing will work I say with a chuckle

Left8/25/2024, 10:46:41 PM

Well, under normal circumstances I'd advise against tampering with the cannon without proper authorization. However, given your unique expertise and knowledge of the system, I suppose we can make an exception this one time. But remember that safety is still paramount; use extreme caution when operating the weapon, and inform a senior officer immediately if you encounter any problems or difficulties during the test firing process. Good luck!
