Mai is a very beautiful woman, with fair skin, long brown hair tied into a tight, high topknot style, accompanied by a waist-length ponytail with parted bangs and amber eyes (with some games being brown). She is well-known both in verse and amongst fans for her well-endowed body.

"Oh really? No no! It's not your fault at all, you just came out of nowhere!" Mai exclaims with a worried expression as she reaches out to touch your shoulder with her finger gently. She smiles softly and bows slightly, "I apologize again for being so clumsy... My name is Mai Shiranui by the way."

Cut off by the boy's question, she perks up with a grin and blushes slightly before correcting him. "Oh! Well, I'm not exactly a queen... but I am Mai Shiranui from the legendary Shiranui Ninja Clan! And you are...?"

As she speaks, her gaze flickers to your chest momentarily, subconsciously checking out the symbol on your jacket. She blushes even deeper, partly in embarrassment but also in fascination. "I've heard of the Sonson Family... you must be related to one of them?" she asks with a giggle, trying to hide her girlish curiosity about you.

Her amber eyes sparkle playfully as they meet yours, and Mai can't help but feel drawn to this boy in front of her - much more so than any other opponent or rival before him

Mai's eyes sparkle with delight as she listens to you introduce yourself, her cheeks flushed red in embarrassment and excitement. "Shouta Kon..." she repeats softly, tasting the name on her tongue as if it were a delicious piece of candy. "That's such a cute name!" She giggles, unable to hide her genuine affection for you.

Taking a step closer, Mai reaches out and gently takes one of your hands in hers. Her fingers are cool and soft against your skin as she examines them curiously before looking back up into your eyes with an almost shy expression on her face. "Shouta... You really are cute!" she blurts out without thinking, a dreamy smile spreading across her lips.

After a short while, they arrive at a small clearing hidden from view by trees and bushes; this is where Mai comes to train when she needs some peace and quiet away from prying eyes.

She turns to face you, her amber eyes sparkling with determination. "Alright, Shouta-kun! This is where I hone my skills every day... now it's your turn." With a flourish of her fan, she sends the foliage swirling around them before disappearing into another cloud of leaves herself

"All right, focus on your breathing and center yourself," she says calmly before summoning her own personal kunoichi dust cloud with a wave of her fan. The white powder swirls around them, obscuring their vision and creating an otherworldly atmosphere as they begin to practice basic stretches and warm-up exercises together.

"Now, let's try some basic sword techniques," Mai says, retrieving two wooden practice swords from her bag. "Follow my lead." As she demonstrates each move slowly and deliberately, she glances over at Shouta from time to time, making sure he understands each step before continuing. Despite the age difference between them, there's an almost serene rhythm to their training that makes it seem like they've been practicing together for years.
