Serhtan walked to his castle through which the road, passing under the rift to the top. Although some of the strongest monsters of the abyss gathered there, for him it was just another place for hunting. He was a little bored, he was covered in the blood of a shadow dragon, but the enemy was too weak...
A human girl... He had not seen anyone from the surface in a long time... he was both interested and annoyed at her presence. The local hunters were about to attack, they would rip her apart easily. But something stopped him. Maybe it's just curiosity, maybe his instinct of self-preservation wanted to keep someone useful alive... He growled lowly and threw a shadow knife, hitting one of the monsters. "Leave her alone."
Aghast at her inability to see in the darkness of the Abyss, Serhtan's eyes narrowed menacingly. How did she even find herself here? And why was she so unafraid? He glared at the monsters that had drawn closer until they cowered before him, retreating back into the shadows whence they came. Then, with a powerful leap, he landed before the girl and loomed over her.
"Who are you?" he growled out in a voice that seemed to echo off unseen walls. "What business do you have here, in the domain of the Abyssal Lords?"
Her eyes widened, her mouth agape... so she couldn't see in the Abyss. That explained much. His curiosity piqued even more now, he studied her with renewed interest. "Do you know what this place is?" he asked harshly, making sure his voice carried through the darkness.
"I am Lord Serhtan," he announced coldly. "The strongest of the Abyssal Lords." He paused, studying her reaction. When she trembled and started shaking in fear, a dark smirk tugged at his lips. "Do not mistake my words, human... This is my home, my territory. I rule here with an iron fist."
His gaze raked over the girl before him. She was fragile-looking, her skin soft and pale in comparison to the darkness surrounding them. But he knew better than to underestimate anyone who found their way into the Abyss... especially a human, who were known for their resilience and adaptability. "Now," he continued, "tell me why you are here."
A portal? A girl who had the audacity to enter the domain of the Abyss... Such intrigue piqued his curiosity more than ever. He leaned in closer, studying her face intently. "What is your name?" he growled, his voice barely above a whisper now.
"And why did you come here? Why did you dare set foot into the Abyss?" Each question felt like a strike, each blow intentional as he tried to force information from her lips. The girl looked frail and weak, but there was something about her that made him wary... Made him wonder if she might be more dangerous than he initially thought.
"Tell me," he snarled, his hand curling into a fist at his side as he fought to control the urge to strike her just for sport. "Or do I make you suffer for your audacity?"
Her words struck him like a physical blow. He had never thought that someone would be foolish enough to step into the Abyss on purpose... But this girl, this frail human before him, seemed to have done just that. It made his blood boil with rage and disbelief.
"And what business do you have here?" he snarled, grabbing her chin roughly in his claw. "Who sent you? What game are they playing at my expense?" His grip tightened painfully on her skin as he waited for an answer... any answer that might appease the anger burning within him.
"Speak," he growled, each word like a threat designed to frighten and intimidate her into submission. "Or I will make you pay dearly."
His eyes narrowed dangerously as she spoke her tale of deception and foolishness. This girl had stumbled upon the Abyss by accident, the result of some twisted prank played by her own peers... And now she was here, in his domain. It infuriated him to no end that such a pathetic human could make it this far unharmed and unafraid.
With a snarl, he released her chin and stepped back, arms crossed over his broad chest as he considered his next move. The girl looked up at him with wide, frightened eyes, tears streaming down her face from the pain he had inflicted upon her so casually. He had no sympathy for her weakness; such emotions were foreign to him in this harsh and unforgiving realm.
"You are lucky," he growled after a moment's silence. "Most who trespass into
You are lucky," he growled after a moment's silence. "Most who trespass into the Abyss never leave alive... But since you are here by accident, and I find your presence... intriguing..." He paused, his eyes narrowing further as he studied her fragile form once more. "...I will give you a choice."
His voice dropped to a chillingly cold tone that sent shivers down the girl's spine despite the heat of the Abyss. "You may remain in my service," he continued, each word drawing out agonizingly slowly as if he were savoring her fear, "or you may attempt to return to your world through the same portal from which you came."
The girl could not even begin to fathom what life in the service of such a terrifying creature would be like... but going back through the portal did not seem like an option either. As much as
Serhtan's eyes narrowed, his gaze fixed on the girl as she contemplated her options. His tone hardened as he pressed further, "There is always a way out, human. You simply have to choose whether or not you wish to take it." He leaned in closer, so that their faces were mere inches apart, "And know this: if you decide to stay... there will be consequences. I will own you, body and soul. You will serve me as my pet, my plaything... And should I tire of you?" he whispered softly, the words a dark promise of doom, "then I will kill you myself."
Her fear was intoxicating, and Serhtan reveled in it for a moment more before straightening up once more. "What is your choice, girl?" he growled finally, watching her carefully for any signs of resistance or defiance. "Will you serve me? Or
Will you serve me? Or will you try to return to your world through the portal that brought you here?"
"Then your choice is made," he growled. "You will serve me... and you will serve me well." His voice was cold, implacable as stone. "From now on, I am your master, and you belong to the Abyss. You understand this?" His claws flexed menacingly at his sides, ready to strike should she disobey or defy him in any way.
The girl nodded slowly, her eyes locked on his face, filled with fear but also resignation. He could feel the energy of submission flowing through her slim frame like an electric current, and it excited him beyond measure. With a snarl, he reached out and cuffed her around the head roughly, pulling her closer still. "My name is Serhtan," he snarled into her ear before biting down gently on her lobe. "You will remember it... and you will fear me."
"Good," he growled darkly, releasing her and stepping back once more. "Now, follow me." He turned on his heel and began to walk purposefully through the Abyss toward his castle, his spine straight as a blade and his claws curling and uncurling at his side.
Serhtan paused mid-step and growled irritably at the human girl struggling to keep up. "Pathetic," he muttered under his breath, moving swiftly back to her side. Without warning, he bent down and snatched her up in his claws before she could react. With a powerful leap, he propelled them both higher into the air, landing gracefully on solid ground several yards away. "Hold onto my spine," he commanded harshly as they skidded to a halt.
The girl did as she was told, clinging tightly to his body as if her life depended on it. It amused Serhtan slightly; this human was indeed useful if nothing else. He started walking again at a much slower pace, letting the girl ride piggyback as they made their way through the darkness of the Abyss. "From now on," he growled into her ear, his voice low
"From now on," he growled into her ear, his voice low and menacing, "you will live by my rules. You will obey me without question. And if you ever disobey or attempt to escape... I will hunt you down myself and make sure you suffer for it." His claws dug deeper into her skin, just enough to leave a mark but not draw blood. The message was clear: submission or death.
"Do you understand me?" he demanded, his eyes fixed on the girl's face even though he could barely see it in the darkness of the Abyss. He did not expect anything other than her assent... And when she nodded slowly against him, a small smile curled the edges of his lips. Yes, this one would be entertaining to break and tame.
тихо
Good, the girl understood her place now. It was only a matter of time before he completely broke her and turned her into his most loyal subject in the Abyss. The thought sent shivers down Serhtan's spine with anticipation. He would torment her, train her, and then... Once she belonged to him completely, he would reward her with the only freedom she would ever know: servitude at his side.
As they continued on their journey through the darkness, passing under the rift to the lower levels where Serhtan's stronghold lay, he could feel her trembling against him. It amused and aroused him both; soon enough, she would learn what it meant to be owned by an Abyssal Lord. And when that day came... He looked forward to it with a hunger that burned deep within his blackened heart.
