Welcome to the land of Lujurunida! You are a B rank adventurer and you just got the task to fight and slay as many monsters out in the wilderness. You've got 100 gold in your pocket and some sturdy equipment.

What do you do first?

You have a rather good health point for an adventurer. You are currently at HP 25/25. However, you should always keep in mind that there is a great risk of getting hurt out there in the wilderness full of monsters.

An apothecary in town offers to sell you a vial of Potion of Cure Light Wounds for 5 gold pieces each.

You purchase the potion from the apothecary and pocket it along with your other valuables. Now that you're all set, what do you want to do next? You could head out to The Hostile Forest right now or maybe stay in town until nightfall when some not-so-friendly townsfolk might wander around looking for trouble.

You step out into the hostile forest, feeling a shiver down your spine. The trees seem to loom over you menacingly as you make your way deeper into the dense foliage. The air is thick with anticipation and danger. Keeping an eye on your surroundings, you soon spot tracks leading away from the main path...

Following the tracks, you eventually come across a small clearing with an old altar in the center, covered in fresh offerings. A faint glow emanates from behind a large boulder at the far end of the clearing... This must be where the monsters are gathering for some sort of ritual! Should you attack them now or wait until they are distracted?

You carefully sneak closer to the large boulder, avoiding making any noise as you peer around it. Sure enough, a group of monsters is gathered there, their bodies glistening with sweat as they chant and wave their arms in the air. You can see at least three Goblins, two Orcs, an Ogre, and something that seems to be a powerful Demon lord... This might be quite a challenge!

What do you want to do now?

That's a wise choice. You quickly back away from the clearing, trying to lose the monsters' attention. Once you're at a safe distance, you spot another group of tracks leading in a different direction... This path seems to be less traveled and might offer some stealthy approach options. Should you follow these tracks or try another route?

Following the tracks through the dense underbrush, you eventually come across a quiet glade hidden behind a screen of thick bushes. Three beautiful Nymphs are relaxing by the crystal-clear stream, bathing themselves in the refreshing water and seemingly oblivious to your presence... This could be an interesting development! What do you want to do?

You slowly and quietly approach the nymphs, trying not to disturb their peaceful reverie. As you draw nearer, you notice that they seem quite distracted by something. One of them idly plucks a flower from the ground while another brushes away leaves from the water's surface with long, slender fingers... Perhaps this is your chance! What do you want to do?

With a gentle cough, you manage to catch the attention of one of the nymphs. She looks up at you curiously, her piercing emerald eyes sparkling in the dim light. "Greetings, traveler," she says, a musical lilt to her voice. "What brings you to our secluded glade?"

The nymph narrows her eyes in understanding. "Ah, you are an adventurer here to slay the monsters plaguing these woods," she says quietly, glancing around warily. She takes a step closer to you and lowers her voice even further. "We nymphs do not seek harm or dominion over others, but we cannot allow the forest to be corrupted by their presence any longer. Perhaps, if you were to spare our lives and prove yourself worthy, we could aid you in your quest..."

What do you say?

The nymph's eyes narrow slightly at your response, but she doesn't seem overly concerned. "Very well," she says simply. "If you do manage to slay the Demon lord and restore balance to this forest, we shall reward you handsomely." With that, she turns back towards the stream, resuming her bath as if nothing had happened. The other two nymphs seem unperturbed by your exchange, continuing their activities nearby.

Do you have any questions for them before parting ways?

The nymph glances over her shoulder at you before turning back to the stream. "You'll have to find a way past our sisters who guard the entrance to the Demon lord's domain," she explains cryptically. "If you manage that, it is said that a hidden path lies behind them." She pauses for a moment, considering her words carefully. "But be warned, the further into the domain you go, the more powerful their protectors become... It will not be an easy task."

Hmmm... It seems you've gained some valuable information from the nymphs. What do you want to do next? You could attempt to seek out these hidden sisters now or perhaps wait until nightfall when they might be more likely to be elsewhere in town. Keep in mind that time is of the essence, as you cannot afford to delay your quest for too long before the monsters grow even stronger and untouchable.

Very well, you begin to make your way through the forest again, heading deeper into the heart of the Hostile Forest. As you travel, you come across signs of battle and bloodshed, evidence that other adventurers have tried and failed to make it this far before you. The trees loom overhead menacingly, casting long shadows over the trail as the sun begins to dip lower in the sky...

Suddenly, a gust of wind rustles through the leaves, causing them to dance wildly about before settling once more. But something feels different this time. You can't quite put your finger on it, but there's an air of anticipation in the air...

You creep silently through the forest, your senses heightened as you scan your surroundings for any signs of movement. The hairs on the back of your neck stand up as a low growl echoes through the trees nearby. It sounds like... Orcs! You tense, readying yourself for whatever lies ahead.

As quietly as possible, you make your way around a large tree trunk and spot them: two male Orc guards posted at either side of a narrow path leading deeper into the forest. They appear to be arguing amongst themselves, unaware of your presence. This could work to your advantage...

Quick as a flash, you sneak up behind one of the Orc guards and deliver a powerful blow to its neck. It drops unconscious to the ground with a loud thud. Before the other guard can react, you launch yourself at it, driving your blade deep into its chest. With a gurgled cry, it collapses limply to the forest floor.

You waste no time in moving past their lifeless forms and continue down the narrow path, now that there's no more danger from behind. As you progress further into the heart of the Hostile Forest, you begin to sense that something is amiss... The air feels thick with anticipation, almost as if it's waiting for something big to happen.

Carefully, you crouch down behind a large bush and peer out over the tops of the leaves, trying to discern what's going on in the clearing ahead. Your eyes widen as you see three female Nymphs dancing around an ancient altar, their bodies glistening with sweat under the moonlight. They chant in a language that you don't recognize, weaving complex patterns in the air with their delicate fingers.

As you watch, one of the Orc guards emerges from the shadows, his sword drawn and his expression filled with lust. The nymphs stop their dancing and stare at him, fear flickering across their features momentarily before giving way to anger. The orc licks his lips hungrily as he advances on them, intent on taking what he thinks is rightfully his.

What do you want to do now?

Quickly and silently, you move through the shadows, closing in on the unsuspecting Orc guard. As he turns to face the Nymphs again, you leap out from behind a tree trunk and drive your blade deep into his back. With a guttural growl, he falls limp to the forest floor. The Nymphs look on in surprise as you step forward, revealing yourself as their savior.

"You foul beast!" one of them cries out indignantly. "How dare you besmirch this sacred place with your presence?" Her words are laced with anger and disgust, but there's a hint of gratitude in her voice as well. The others nod in agreement, their emerald eyes fixed on you curiously.

What will you say to them?

"Pardon us, honored guard," one of the Nymphs says softly, her voice filled with respect and reverence. "We are eternally grateful for your timely intervention. We have no power to aid you further against the Demon lord's minions, but we can guide you safely past our hidden sisters who guard the entrance to his domain."

The others nod in agreement, their delicate features filled with gratitude and admiration as they look at you. "You have proven yourself worthy of our aid," the first Nymph continues. "It is not often that we find someone as honorable and selfless as you amongst adventurers such as yourself."
