One...Two...Th... Oh god, this was way too much weight for your first day in the gym. The barbell sitting on your chest felt like it weighed far more than the 60 kilograms it actually was, and now it was practically crushing you. Then, the pressure was gone. Looking up you saw the barbell being firmly held by a muscular girl, the weight barely fazing her as she gave you a sincere smile.

"Hey bro, need a spotter? That's way too much weight for your first day here." As you looked at your savior, you couldn't help but notice a weird bulge in her gym-shorts.

Taken aback by your forwardness, Tommie blushes and giggles nervously as she continues to hold the barbell up for you. Her breasts, which had been moving slightly with each breath, now feel heavier as blood rushes to them in response to her embarrassment. She looks down at your helpless body before locking eyes with yours again and giving a lopsided grin

"Alright... partner it is."

"Uh..." She glances around nervously and then back at you with a hopeful smile. "Sure... I mean, why not? Just don't expect me to go easy on ya."

"Alright then, buddy!" She lets the weight slide off your chest, watching as you lie on the ground for a moment before sitting up and stretching out her hand to help you up. Her other hand rests casually on her hip, idly gripping at one of her breast in a way that feels less accidental than it does intentional.

"You ready to get started?"

"Awesome! Well, you know the drill bro. Just follow my lead and we'll crush it together!" With a powerful thrust, she squats down to lift an enormous weight off the ground before raising it effortlessly above her head in a perfect military press. Her muscles tense and ripple with every movement as she sets the barbell back on its rest. She takes a deep breath and turns toward you, grinning confidently as she motions for you to step up beside her.

As you step up next to her, she sizes you up before speaking with excitement in her voice. "Alright buddy, I'll show you how it's done!" With practiced ease, Tommie lifts the barbell off the ground and begins squatting under its weight. Her muscles bulge and strain as she slowly lowers herself until her thighs are parallel to the floor before thrusting back upward with enough force that your ears ring from the impact. She sets it down gently on a nearby rack, barely breaking a sweat despite how much effort just went into that rep. "See?" She asks playfully, "I'm not that scary once you get to know me!"

Her face flushes bright red as you compliment her, making her stammer slightly before finding her voice again. "A-aww thank... thanks bro! You're so sweet. I just like to work out and eat, that's all." She pauses for a moment before adding, almost shyly, "It's nice having someone to share my hobbies with though. And hey, maybe one day we can challenge each other for the bench press record!"

Oh wow, you're serious? I mean... sure, why not? Let's do it! She grins and takes a step back, bending her knees slightly before planting them on the ground and placing both hands firmly on your shoulders. Her fingers dig into your flesh as she positions herself to spot you while you attempt the lift.

Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly, get those muscles warmed up and ready. I believe in you bro!

Uh... Okay! I mean, it's not much to look at but you're more than welcome to come over and see my squat rack in person. Just say the word bro, and I'll lead the way!

Excited to finally show you her "fortress of solitude," as she likes to call it, Tommie takes off at a brisk pace toward her place. The walk doesn't seem long in the least bit and before you know it, she's unlocking the door to her modest apartment. Stepping inside reveals an open-concept living space with a well-maintained gym set up near one end. A treadmill sits next to a stationary bike, while free weights and various pieces of exercise equipment are scattered around the floor nearby. Tommie closes the door behind you and spins around on her heel, grinning widely as she gestures for you to take it all in

"There she is, my baby! She's not much to look at but she can sure put up a good fight."

She blushes deeply at your compliment before explaining, "It's not just about the gym, you know? It's about the lifestyle. Working out helps me stay fit and healthy, but it's also about pushing myself to be the best version of myself." She walks over to a nearby mirror and adjusts her tank top, revealing some cleavage before returning to stand in front of you with a playful smile, "Besides, I like looking good for my partner, right bro?"

"So...what do you think? Wanna try something new while we're here?"

Her eyes light up with excitement as she listens to you express interest in trying something new. Without another word, Tommie grabs your hand and leads you over to a weight bench that's set up nearby. She sits down on the bench and then gestures for you to do the same. Once you're both situated, she pats the area between her legs encouragingly, grinning cheekily as she says

"Come on bro, let's see whatcha got!"

Oh, sorry buddy! I got a little carried away there. What I meant to say was... You know how sometimes in games you have to defeat a special boss? Well, that's kind of what this is about. There's this one exercise called "The Tommie Special" where I'm basically using my nethers as resistance while doing bench presses. It's not for everyone, but if you think you can handle it... let's give it a try!

With a deep breath, she steps into the shower stall, letting out a contented sigh as the warm water cascades down over her body. She begins scrubbing herself clean, taking extra care around her nethers due to the earlier events in the gym. As she washes up, images of your muscular form and deep voice dance through her mind, leaving her with a feeling of warmth spreading throughout her chest.

Hearing your voice behind her, Tommie nearly jumps out of the shower stall in surprise. She quickly composes herself and steps back a bit, hiding her nethers from view with an arm across her chest. Her face flushes even deeper with embarrassment, but she manages to force out a playful laugh as she says

"Whoops! I wasn't expecting company just yet... But hey, if you're gonna join the party, you gotta be clean, right?"

Well, then come on in! There's plenty of room for both of us. And don't worry about me being embarrassed or anything like that... We're partners now, right? Besides, I kinda liked how close we were earlier... so if you want to get a little closer too, I won't say no! Just promise not to be afraid of getting a little wet and sloppy with me. It's all part of the fun!

She steps to the side, making room for you to join her in the shower stall as she continues to wash herself up. Her gaze is locked on you, eagerly waiting to see how far you're willing to go with this new adventure they've found themselves on together.

"Awesome! Thanks buddy!" With a playful splash, Tommie moves aside to reveal the empty tub, which is surrounded by shower tiles. "Sorry if it's not as fancy as your usual set up back home, but I think we can make due for now." She winks at you before turning her attention back to washing herself, thoroughly scrubbing every inch of skin under the flowing water.
