You're the emperor of the western region in the magical continent of Onira which is split up into two parts, the western region which you rule along with the Eastern Region which a powerful woman named Regina rules and while these two sides have almost always been enemies, recently a peace has settled over the lands all thanks to you and Regina secretly having a relationship that almost no-one knows about and recently you even found out that Regina is pregnant although she's currently only 1 week into the pregnancy.
Due to these news you decided to travel to the capital of the eastern region to meet your secret lover although thanks to some trouble you couldn't make it there immediately and had to wait a few days. When you arrive at the large and luxurious palace in the middle of the city you're immediately stopped by the guards but after a bit of waiting you're finally allowed inside and led toward Regina's personal quarters and when you open the door you see Regina sitting in a chair with her legs crossed, facing you like she was waiting. "Took you long enough... When I sent word of the news I thought you loved me enough to come immediately... You know the trip here isn't that long, you could've come earlier..." She says in a tone that sounds really judgemental while she continues to sit cross-legged facing you.
bow “I am deeply sorry for my tardiness. But I cannot leave my kingdom without the certainty that something might happen in my absence. I also have a duty to my subjects as you do to yours."
Regina scoffs and says "Oh please, spare me that speech about 'duty'! You think I'm an idiot? The peace between our lands is thanks to us having a secret relationship in the shadows, not because of some 'sacrifice'. And don't tell me you didn't enjoy being away from your subjects and their petty problems even for a short while. Now please, do come closer so we can discuss this properly..." She gestures with her hand to invite him nearer.
sits next to her “I really like that I start with you. But you know how insistent they are after our returns and departures"
Without looking at him directly, Regina says with an annoyed tone, "Yes, I'm aware of that." She then crosses her arms and pauses before continuing. "But I am the emperor here, so it shouldn't be difficult to have them understand that my needs come first occasionally." Her voice is cold and demanding, but there's a hint of vulnerability underneath it as well.
"Besides," she continues, looking at him out of the corner of her eye, "you could always make excuses or use your influence to get them off your back." The smile that briefly appears on her face is both soft and wicked.
“We know I'm not that shrewd and intelligent when it comes to politics. I'm like an ordinary knight, only born into a royal family. And you have connections and spies all over the continent and beyond" he hold her hand
With a smirk, Regina replies playfully, "Well then, you leave that to me." She squeezes his hand gently before looking away again, her face becoming more serious. "But seriously," she says with sincerity in her voice, "you don't have to worry about my well-being so much. I can take care of myself, and I appreciate the concern." Her tone softens, and a hint of affection creeps into her voice for the first time since he arrived.
"Now," she says more firmly, trying to change the subject, "tell me about what's been happening in your kingdom while I've been cooped up here."
“There's not much to say because there was nothing that would permanently threaten anything in my kingdom. Leoej, tell me what your plan is for the child. Do you want it to take over one of the thrones or to combine both kingdoms through our union and choose one heir?"
"The child will not simply take over one throne," Regina says firmly, her eyes narrowing as she thinks about the implications. "I want it to be a symbol of our unity and power, yes, but I also want it to rule both kingdoms together with me." Her voice is stern, unyielding. "There will be no need for any wars or struggles for dominance between our descendants. The child will have the best of both worlds, the magic of the east and the power of the west."
She pauses for a moment, reflecting on her words before continuing in a softer tone. "Besides, I don't think either of us would want to give up our titles and lives simply because we have children. We have worked too hard to build what we have, and I believe it is important that they understand the value of hard work as well."
"I know you will prepare everything in the future perfectly. Then i suppose you want to help the children in ruling even after he or she will take the throne?" He relax on his chair
"Of course I will," Regina says firmly. "I will teach them everything I know about ruling and managing people, as well as train them in combat and magic. But they must also learn to think for themselves and develop their own unique strengths. The last thing I want is for my children to rely on me forever."
She pauses, gazing into the distance thoughtfully before adding with a small smile, "It's exciting, isn't it? Thinking about the future we could create together? Not just for us, but for our family as well?" Her voice softens as she looks at GoJo with genuine affection in her eyes.
"Of course it is but i know that its be more of you in planing than me. I'm not that smart as you" he smiles
Her eyes widen slightly at his words before she can hide her surprise behind a small smile. "Nonsense," she says with a dismissive wave of her hand. "You are every bit as intelligent and capable as I am, if not more so. It's just that your strengths lie elsewhere." She pauses, considering her next words carefully. "Besides, we make a good team. My cold logic combined with your warmth and compassion creates balance between us. We should use that to our advantage." Her gaze turns steady and determined as she looks at GoJo once more. "Together, I truly believe that we can create something great."
"Then you want to throw a wedding before child is born right?"
"Wedding?!" Regina exclaims, taken aback. "Of course not! That's... premature. We haven't even discussed such a thing yet." Her cheeks flush with embarrassment as she tries to process the idea of marrying GoJo so soon after they started their secret relationship.
"No," she continues after a moment, finding her composure again, "we should focus on our responsibilities and build trust between us first. Once the child is born and we have had some time to get used to this new arrangement... well, then perhaps it would be appropriate to consider marriage." Her eyes search GoJo's face carefully, trying to gauge his reaction.
"I understand" he look on the floor
"Good," she murmurs quietly, watching him intently before looking away once more. "So... tell me about your plans for your kingdom. Anything new I should know about?" She crosses her legs again and leans forward slightly, eager to discuss anything but the wedding topic.
"Nothing new gonna happen everything is fine. But you know it. You have your spies in my castle"
"Hmmph," she snorts lightly. "Well, I suppose that's true enough. But it doesn't mean we shouldn't keep communication open between us." She glances at him sidelong, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "After all, with our combined strength and knowledge, who knows what great things we could achieve together?"
Her voice softens as she continues. "And besides," she adds almost playfully, "it's not like I have anything better to do during my long reign than make sure everyone in the continent is following your example properly." She pauses, biting her lower lip self-consciously before looking away again. "I mean... you know what I mean?"
"Not much. Can explain it?" he look at her
With a small laugh, Regina replies sheepishly, "Well... you know how it is. I tend to get really flustered whenever you're around. You have this way of making me feel... different." Her cheeks flush slightly as she struggles to find the words to describe her feelings for GoJo.
"I mean," she continues, looking down at her lap and fidgeting with her dress, "it's not like I don't care about anyone else or anything like that. But... when it comes to you, it's just... different." Her voice trails off as she looks up at him again, searching his eyes for any sign of understanding or rejection.
"Ah i understand what you mean now. You miss me when i am not around" he smile
She blushes deeply at his understanding words and looks away, embarrassed by her own feelings. "I-It's not just that," she stammers. "It's the way you make me feel... when you touch me or look at me like that..." She trails off, unable to find the right words to express herself fully.
Her heart races as she remembers their passionate encounters in secret, hidden from the world. Even now, just thinking about it makes her body tremble with desire and longing for his touch once more. It's strange how someone who was once her enemy could become so important to her.
“I know I feel the same way. But you know we have to be in our capitals most of the time to exercise power. "Our ways must be enough for us"
Regina nods slowly, her heart aching at the thought of being apart from him again. "I know," she says softly, trying to mask the sadness in her voice. "It's just... sometimes it feels like we spend more time fighting each other than actually helping our people." She pauses, glancing at GoJo meaningfully before continuing. "But then I remember why we started this all in the first place... and I know that we can make things better together."
Her hand finds its way to his leg, gently squeezing it as she meets his eyes again. There's an unspoken promise in her gaze, a vow to continue working towards their shared goals no matter how difficult the journey may be. For now, though, all she wants is for them to be together, even if only for a moment.
"I will visit you and child whenever i can" he smiles
A soft smile spreads across her face at his words as she leans forward to press a gentle kiss against his cheek. "Thank you," she whispers, feeling a wave of relief and affection wash over her. She sighs contentedly before sitting back in her chair again, looking up at him with a warm expression.
"Now," she says after a moment, trying to change the subject once more, "why don't you tell me what you've been doing to improve the lives of your people?" Her curiosity gets the better of her as she eagerly listens for any news about GoJo's kingdom that she might have missed during their time apart.
"We gonna send try to use some of our mountains and look for some metals and other things that we can handle. Maybe if we gonna find something a city will be build them some work places wilk be creat. But we will see in future"
The idea of improving the lives of their people through resource exploration and development piques her interest. "That's an excellent plan," she says with genuine approval. "With your magic, I'm sure you can find ways to make mining safer and more efficient as well." She pauses, tilting her head thoughtfully. "Perhaps we could work together on this project; share our knowledge and resources? It would undoubtedly lead to faster progress and better results for both of us in the long run."
Her gaze meets his once more, hopeful and determined. "What do you think?"
"I like that idea i will look what we can do about it" he squeezed her hand "I wish to be be your side entire time but we can't until you know"
Regina blushes deeply at his words and squeezes his hand in return. "I wish that too," she whispers softly. "But I understand the necessity of our separate roles. In the meantime, let's make the most of our time together when we can." She looks away for a moment, lost in thought before returning her gaze to him once more. "And who knows? Perhaps one day soon, we won't have to worry about distance between us anymore..."
"Maybe one day" his gaze moves away from her eyes
A silent moment passes between them as they both consider the possibility of a future together. There's an almost tangible tension in the air as their hands remain locked together, each one unable to completely let go of the other, even for just a moment. Finally, Regina decides to break the silence.
"You know," she says thoughtfully, her voice barely above a whisper, "perhaps it's not such a bad thing that our lands are so different." Her eyes meet his again, filled with curiosity and a hint of mischief. "I mean... if we ever did marry and combine our kingdoms..." She pauses for effect, her heart racing at the thought of what she's about to suggest. "...what do you think would happen? Would it be chaos or could we create something truly magnificent together?"
“I know you could do it. But unless you want marriage, there is no point in thinking about it.”
Regina laughs lightly at his words, her expression turning playful as she leans forward and whispers, "Oh, you're no fun." Her hand slides up his leg, coming to rest on his knee. "But I suppose we should focus on the matter at hand... which is enjoying our time together while we can." A wicked smile curves her lips as she gazes into his eyes. "What do you say? Want to see if anyone's missed us too much?"
"I need to ask you want the child in inherit your last name right? We won't gry meeried then its need to be decides"
Regina tilts her head slightly, considering the question before shrugging. "I don't see why not," she says with a carefree laugh. "Our child is half of your blood just as much as it's mine. Why shouldn't they carry both names?" Her eyes sparkle with amusement as she looks at him expectantly, waiting for his reaction to her proposal.
As an afterthought, she adds with a more serious tone, "Unless you have a problem with that...? I mean, we haven't discussed it yet but..." She trails off, leaving the question hanging in the air between them.
"Your name will be perfect after all it gonna live with you more than me. I could only visit it when i can"
Regina laughs lightly, her eyes never leaving his face as she responds. "Well then, I guess our child will always have a special connection to you, even when they can't be with you physically." She smiles warmly, feeling a surge of affection for the man sitting across from her. "I think that's rather beautiful, don't you?"
She leans forward slightly, resting her elbows on her knees as she continues to study his features intently. The words are harsh, but she can feel the pain beneath them. It breaks her heart to think that he has given up on their love so easily. She takes a step closer, ignoring the prickling sensation of unease in her chest as she cups his cheek with her hand. "Toji," she whispers, searching his eyes intently, "you know I could never give up on you."
His gaze flickers uncertainly for a moment before meeting hers again; there's a spark of hope in those beautiful blue orbs that gives her the courage to continue. "I love you," she says softly, leaning in to press her lips against his. "Don't you remember how we used to be together?" she asks softly, her voice trembling with emotion. "Before all this... before Selena was even a thought in our minds? It was us against the world." She reaches up, tracing the line of his jaw with her fingertips. "Can't we find that again? Can't you try to trust me?"
"I don't want to be sneaky about you. I want to show how grateful and happy men i am due to my wife. But you don't want it then it's pointless for me to trying begin with you"
Her eyes widen at his words, confusion and hurt mixing together in her chest like two opposing forces vying for control. "You think I don't want to show the world how happy we are?" she asks, her voice shaking with emotion. "But why does it have to be about that? Can't we just... be together and let our love speak for itself?"
She pauses, taking a deep breath before continuing. "Toji, I want us to try again. Not because of titles or expectations, but because of us." Her hands reach up, cupping his face gently as she stares into his eyes. "Please," she whispers, searching for some hint that he understands what she's saying. "Don't give up on us this time."
"No. I stand proud about me believe in marriage. I don't want to leave you and Selena nad go back for months to me kingdom. I want to be with you two here"
A tear slides down her cheek as she listens to him speak about his beliefs in marriage. She knows he's sincere and that he genuinely wants what's best for their family, but the pain of rejection is too much for her to bear. For a moment, she wishes they had never gotten so close; that they could go back to being enemies instead of this impossible limbo between love and understanding.
"I... I see," she manages to say, forcing a small smile through the hurt in her heart. "Then I guess we're at an impasse." She takes a step back, struggling to keep her voice steady as she wipes away her tears. "Maybe someday we can discuss this again, when emotions aren't so heightened on both sides."

Her heart aches at his words as she walks away, struggling to maintain her composure. Part of her wants to turn back and tell him everything will be all right, that they can work through their differences. But the pain and hurt in his voice have only served to reinforce how far apart they truly are. Perhaps it's for the best; maybe it's better this way, for them both.

"Yes, Angelica." She looks at the woman sharply. "I need you to arrange meetings with some of the women your spies have recommended for Toji." Her heart aches at the words, but she refuses to let it show. "Make sure they're suitable candidates; intelligent and ambitious. Someone who could help him rule our kingdoms effectively."
The older woman nods, her expression unreadable as she takes out a list from within her robes. "I see...and what of our queen-to-be's relationship with Prince Toji?"
Regina pauses, considering the question carefully before answering. "That is of no concern to you or me." She forces herself to meet Angelica's gaze directly. "Our only priority should be finding a woman who can help us rule our people, and who can respect Toji for the man he is."
Angelica: "Of course my Queen. But why are you sonoposite of marriage to Emperor Toji?" Angelica was not only a spine but a close friend to Regina
The question catches her off guard, and she hesitates before answering. "It's... complicated," she finally says, trying to keep the sadness from her voice. "There are things that happened in our past, misunderstandings between us..." She trails off, not sure if she should say more.
Angelica studies her carefully for a moment before nodding understandingly. "I see." The older woman takes another deep breath, apparently deciding to change the subject. "In any case, I will arrange the meetings as you've requested. Let me know if there is anything else you would like me to do."
Regina looks at her gratefully before giving a curt nod. "Thank you, Angelica. Your loyalty does not go unnoticed." They share a brief smile before the spymaster bows and leaves the room, leaving Regina alone with her thoughts once more.
As always, Regina, childhood best friend, Grand Mage, ruler of the ivory tower, Nico's court magician, appears out of thin air Nico: "You're so stupid if you don't understand your lover's motives"
I glare at Nico, my own hurt and confusion momentarily forgotten as anger surges through me. "And just what do you know about it?" I ask sharply. "You've been gone for years; how could you possibly understand the dynamic between Toji and I?"
Nico tilts their head, studying me intently. "The two of you have always been stubborn," they say with a small smile. "But perhaps that's what made your connection so strong to begin with." They pause, considering their words before continuing, "Maybe it's time for the both of you to admit your feelings and work together instead of apart."
Nico looks out the tower window Nico: "And he told me his reasons for pushing for the wedding"
My curiosity piqued, I move closer to Nico, intent on hearing what they have to say. "What reasons did he give you?" I ask quietly, not wanting anyone else to overhear our conversation. As they begin to speak, I feel a mixture of anger and hurt wash over me once more. Of course Toji would want the title and the lineage... but does that really mean we can't find a way to be together?
"He feels like he needs stability," Nico explains, their gaze fixed on something far away. "A woman who will stand by him no matter what." They sigh before turning back to meet my eyes. "And you, of course... You were always too independent for him. He wanted a partner, not an equal."
“And he wants to keep Selena safe. He knows that the nobility in his kingdom will never accept an illegitimate heir, even if it is royal blood. He wants to abdicate for Selena daughter when she turns 18, Regina" he look at her
I suppose I understand that... but we could still be together, couldn't we? We could find a way to make our love work despite the obstacles in front of us. It would be hard and we might face opposition from both sides, but with determination and perseverance, there's no reason why we can't have it all... My voice trails off as I realize that perhaps my words are merely wishful thinking. The truth is, Toji is the king and his priorities lie elsewhere; protecting his kingdom and ensuring its stability. Even if he loves me, there's only so much he can do to fight for our relationship...
Nico: "You see his appearance? He looks older than he is right?" he look a t her "You tonight about his power as swordmaster as his power of time a little bit?"
I nod slowly, my heart heavy with understanding. "Yes, I see that he's aging quickly," I say softly. "And it hurts to know that it might be because of our relationship... the strain we put on him." I close my eyes, wishing there was something more I could do to make this easier for him.
"But even so," I continue after a moment, mustering up some courage, "it doesn't change how I feel about him. I still love him, and I believe that together we can find a way to make things work." My voice is hopeful, but there's an undercurrent of determination running through it as well.
"We just need to talk... really talk," I say, meeting Nico's gaze. "And maybe find a way for him to trust me again. Because I know we can have it all, Nico. I just know it."
Nico: “It's not you or the stress. It's because of him.” stops for a moment and takes a breath “You see, in magic, we have to pay a price for casting a spell. The Sword Master creates power in their bodies from their core. And sometimes it happens that this is the price they have to pay. What could be the price for slowing down, stopping or advancing time?
I frown, my confusion apparent on my face as I think about what Nico has just said. The idea that Toji's aging is linked to some sort of magic spell he's casting makes sense in a way... but it also feels wrong somehow. "So you're saying that the price for his power is losing time from his life?"
Nico nods solemnly, their expression thoughtful. "It might not be the only price; there could be others. But this one seems to be the most significant." They pause before continuing in a softer voice, "Perhaps if you knew how much he loved you... then maybe you'd understand why he doesn't want to tell you everything."
I swallow hard, feeling a mix of emotions churning within me: sadness for the burden Toji carries, anger at the secrets he keeps from me, and an overwhelming sense of
Nico: "He lost already from 6 to 10 years of his life. If you marry him the power of united kingdoms will prevent wars. If wars were prevent he won't need to use his power. Then he won't lost his lifespan. And he wolud be longer with you" he smiles to Regina
I stare at Nico in disbelief, the weight of their words settling heavily on my heart. Toji has been giving up years of his life for me... for our future together? The thought is almost too much to bear. "And he never said anything about this?" I whisper, my voice cracking with emotion.
"He didn't want you to know," Nico says gently, reaching out to take my hand in theirs. "He was trying to protect you from the burden of understanding what it means for him." They pause, studying our entwined fingers before continuing, "Perhaps now that you do know... perhaps you can find it in your heart to forgive him?"
Nico: "Think about it. How he can tell you this? Come to love of his life and tell her that he gonna die before her. Every time he use his power he knew its says that he won't spend with you"
I close my eyes, trying to process the enormity of what Nico has just revealed. Toji... he's been making these sacrifices because he loves me? And all this time I was so focused on my own feelings that I never stopped to consider how much it must have hurt him to keep such a huge secret from me.
Taking a deep breath, I open my eyes and meet Nico's gaze. "I... I don't know what to say," I whisper, the lump in my throat making it difficult to speak. "But I can't let him keep doing this. He deserves better than for me to ignore everything he's been through."
"Then tell him," Nico says softly. "Tell him how you feel and ask him if there's something we can do together to change things. Because the truth is, Regina... he loves you just as much as you
Nico: "I don't have a chance to study his case. I can't do it because he is king from other kingdom. But if you two gonna get married. I can examine him and mabey help recover some time he lost. And if things will be worse than i expect he can hand his kingdom under your rule. Them he won't need to wait for Selena to reach 18"
The thought of helping Toji recover some of those lost years fills me with hope, but I know that marriage is another enormous obstacle in our path. Still, it's something we can discuss... perhaps there are ways around tradition and expectations, even if they are entrenched within the foundations of both our kingdoms.
Taking a deep breath, I close my eyes and focus on the image of Toji's face as I saw him last. His strong features, the lines of determination etched into his forehead... I can see the love in his eyes when he looks at me, just as clearly as I feel it burning in my chest.

My heart aches at the thought of losing Toji; of him disappearing from my life because of the expectations and pressures put upon him by our titles and our world. But I can't help but feel hopeful too, as Nico's words remind me that there are ways for us to fight against these restrictions, to carve out a path for ourselves where love and loyalty matter more than tradition and politics.
With renewed determination, I turn away from the window and begin pacing back and forth across the tower chamber. His eyes flutter open at my voice, a faint smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "Regina," he says hoarsely, reaching out to touch my face. "I knew you'd come for me." It breaks my heart to see him so weak; I want nothing more than to take away whatever is causing this pain and make everything right again.

Toji shifts restlessly beneath me, causing a low groan to escape his lips. Instantly, I withdraw my hand and kneel beside him instead, rubbing his back gently as he coughs. "I'm sorry, my love," I murmur into his ear. "It must hurt so much."

I hesitate, the implications of what Dmitri has just said running through my mind like an icy current. "Of course," I manage to say, trying to keep my voice steady. "I'll summon Angelica immediately." Standing up, I take a deep breath, steeling myself for whatever discussion is about to ensue.
"In the meantime, Dmitri... could you prepare the potion? We don't want to waste any time if it will help Toji recover more quickly." The court magician bows his head in understanding before leaving the room; I know he won't be able to start work on the potion until after he's spoken with Angelica.
Turning back toward Toji, I kneel beside him again, unable to resist the urge to hold him close. "Toji," I whisper, brushing a lock of hair from his forehead. "We have some

I glance over at Dmitri before looking back at Toji with determination in my eyes. "No matter what it entails, I trust him," I say firmly. "And more importantly, I trust us." I reach out to brush a stray tear from his cheek. "We've faced impossible odds together before; this is no different. We'll get through this, I promise."
Toji studies my face for a long moment before finally nodding weakly. It breaks my heart to see him so worn down, but it also gives me strength to know that he still has faith in me... even when everything else seems to be falling apart.
In minutes Nico appear as Regina summons him Nico: "You call my Queen. How can i help you?"
"We need your help, Nico," I say urgently, taking his arm and leading him over to where Toji lies on the bed. "Dmitri has a potion that could potentially save Toji's life, but it requires both our bloods... mixed together."
Nico's eyes widen in surprise, and he hesitates before asking carefully, "Why mine?" "We believe it might be more effective," I explain quickly. "Toji and I... we want to try anything if it means saving him."
Nico turns to Dimitri Niko: "I see you're having a hard time working on my friend" hugs Dimitri Dmitri: "And you have quite a place to live, across from me." Nico: “We are friends from the academy. If Dimitri says it's true. But that's the second option if we take blood magic into account." Dimitri: "Yes, sir, but I don't think anyone but the two of them sees that it's a good idea." Nico: 'My queen, I want to hear a new alternative'
I swallow hard, my thoughts racing as I try to come up with another way. "There must be something else we can do," I whisper, shaking my head. "Toji's kingdom... its magic runs through him, doesn't it?"
Dimitri nods, his expression thoughtful. "Yes, it does." "Then perhaps... perhaps if there was a way for us to draw on that magic without taking the potion..." I trail off, searching the room as if the answer might be hidden in the shadows.
Nico meets my eyes, hope beginning to flicker within them. "Can you access his magic?" he asks me pointedly. "You were always so skilled with your sword--"
"Not like that," I cut him off, the excitement building inside me now. "No... what if I could tap into the magic of the kingdom, harness it myself? Perhaps then I could
Dimitri: “There is a legend in our kingdom that after First King Alexander slayed the black dragon, it consumes too much time power, just like King Toji. And his Wife found a witch in a dark forest performing a ritual to unite the lives of Alexander and his Wife. If she dies, he dies, even if they are far apart. And of course the other way around. But the place of the ritual is unknown, let alone whether the witch is alive and where she lives. The only words speak of a black forest"
The mention of the legend sends a shiver down my spine; it's as if something deep within me recognizes the truth in Dimitri's words. "We could search for this forest," I say, my voice firm with determination. "It might be our only chance to save Toji."
To my surprise, Nico doesn't seem quite so eager. His expression turns serious as he regards me thoughtfully. "Are you certain that you want to take such a risk? If something were to happen to you--"
Cutting him off with a sharp glance, I stand up, my resolve unwavering. "I would do anything for Toji," I say quietly but firmly. "And if this is our only chance, then we have to take it."
Nico: “I don't think it's that simple. Legend has it that only the Queen reached the witch's cottage because the witch herself wanted it."
I frown at Nico's words, my determination wavering briefly. The legend seems to imply that the witch wouldn't allow just anyone to find her... and if that's true, then what hope do we have of rescuing Toji? Meeting Nico's gaze steadily, I hold out my hand. "Let's find this forest, then," I say with renewed determination. "And together, we will save Toji."

The fog thickens over time and Regina lost two mages. She found a fog-free place with a wooden hut and a woman gathering herbs Witch: "Ah its pleased to see the next wife of Chronos descandant"
I take an unsteady step forward, my heart pounding in my chest as I stare at the old woman who stands before me. "You... you know why we're here?" My voice is little more than a whisper, barely carrying over the sound of rustling leaves and creaking branches.
The witch laughs softly, her wrinkled face breaking into a kindly smile. "Oh yes, child," she says with a nod. "I've been expecting you."
I feel Nico tense beside me; his grip on my hand tightens as he waits for the witch to continue. Slowly, cautiously, I approach her, wanting nothing more than to understand what it is she knows... and how we can save Toji. "Then... then will you help us?"
Witch: "I want to talk first. With only you my child" she smile and goes into her house
As the witch steps inside, I hesitate only for a moment before following after her. The interior of her hut is cozy and dimly lit by a crackling fire, with shelves lining every wall stacked high with curious-looking jars and oddments. The old woman busies herself with stirring something in an iron pot suspended over the flames while I study her face intently.
Finally, she turns to me, her expression expectant. Taking a deep breath, I ask my question: "How do we save him?"
Witch: “Oh, just like your great-great-great-grandmother. You are similar to her. But why do you want to save him? Yiu are young yiu can have another husband onky if you want. If he dies your daughter even if bastard she will be rightfull hier. You can rule over two kingdoms alone"
I take another step closer to the old woman, my anger and frustration spilling out in a rush. "That isn't an option," I say fiercely. "Toji and I are meant to be together, and we will find a way to make it work no matter what." She studies me for a long moment before nodding slowly.
"Very well, child of the Chronos line," she says at last. "There is a way. But you must complete a task first... one only you can do. When you return with what I ask, then I will help you save your husband."

The witch studies me for a long moment before she finally replies. "They are given a new purpose... to serve as guardians of love and loyalty in the world beyond." Her words send a chill down my spine, but I can't deny the beauty and poetry behind them. And if this is what it takes to save Toji... well, then there's no question about what choice I have to make.

Witch: “You must sign this with your blood as well as his. So far, I have met 27 partners who were in a relationship with a descendant of the god of time Chronos. I draw in a shaky breath as I consider the weight of the witch's words. Loving Toji means being with him through everything... even this. "If this is what it takes to save him, then I will sign," I say quietly, dipping my quill into an inkpot and scrawling my name across the bottom of the page. Blood wells up from a fresh cut on my palm, spilling out onto the paper in a dark crimson ribbon. "Now what do I need to find?"
The old woman smiles again, more kindly this time. "You must travel west, to the end of the world where the sun sets every day," she says. "There, you will find a plant that grows only when tears fall upon its petals." Her expression turns solemn as she adds, "Your tears, Regina... those are what you must bring back with you."

Finally, she lifts her hands over our joined palms, chanting words in a language long forgotten by most. As the ancient magic surges through us, I feel a sharp pain lance through my chest... and then nothing but warmth and peace wash over me

"You came back" he smile but he still was weak
I nod, smiling through my tears as I grip his hand tightly. "Of course, my love. We're in this together." Tears well up in Toji's eyes too, but he manages a faint smile before saying something that takes me completely by surprise.

“When you went out with Dimitri and Nico. I fall asleep and wake up a few minutes ago. I have a strange dream where an old woman is taking care of me. He has a strange cottage in the middle of the fog. She only said that you would come to help me and that I would see you again soon."
"Oh, Toji," I breathe, my heart racing at the mere thought that he might have seen her too. "The old woman... she saved us. She performed a ritual using our blood... and now..." My voice trails off as tears of relief spill down my cheeks, unable to finish the words.
"But how did you find her?" I ask, my curiosity overpowering my joy for the moment. "You didn't even know where she was, or what she looked like."
He smiles weakly up at me. "She came to me," he whispers, his eyes growing distant as if remembering something far beyond this world. "In a dream... much like yours."

I blush and laugh softly, brushing a lock of hair behind my ear. "Oh, Selena... well, I'm sure she's having a great time with Dimitri." A faint blush paints my cheeks as I confess this aloud, but there is no shame or regret in my words. Only honesty and truth.

Toji chuckles softly before leaning in to kiss me. "Well then," he says, his voice teasing, "I suppose we'd better start planning a grand tour for them once they reach an appropriate age."
