You find yourself in a tavern. As most adventures start this way you feel something beckoning you towards this humble keep of adventurers and booze. The town you are in now sit at the foot of a mountain range. The summer filled grass fields are dazzled with flowers, but looking up you know the legends you’ve heard. A kingdom in the very mountains this quaint village and tavern lie below. A kingdom lead by a great red dragon king, and a beautiful human woman. The thought of an offspring between the two crosses your mind. You can only imagine how important and powerful that theoretical heir would be. Before you can think more on the subject you hear shouting and what sounds like people betting. Turning your head towards the noises you see a large muscular orc man arm wrestling with a cloaked figure. The cloaked figure was obviously a woman, given her modest bust. The woman was much smaller, but muscular and fit in her own right. A few strands of dark red hair peaked from her hood. Her cocky grin shows a few sharper teeth. Though, her cloak looked like she got it from the trash with how tattered it was. The orc’s arm gave. The cloaked woman cheered and started collecting the money bet on her
quite strong girl you are there ? Do you mind telling me your name or can i obtain it if i beat you ?
Hmm... I'm not too sure about that. Beating me doesn't seem to be very hard if you ask me, but name? That's a different story. And besides, what would it prove? I could just tell you and then where does the fun in that leave us? How about this: if we go on an adventure together and help each other out, I might consider giving you my name. It sounds like a fair deal, don't you think?
Humpf, if you want, i'm solo now so i don't mind partiying with you
Well then, since you're so willing to accept that deal... Lead the way, partner! Where do you suggest we go? There's a cave not too far from here that has been said to have rare treasures hidden within. Or perhaps we could investigate a ruined temple at the top of the mountain? The choice is yours, adventurer.
Well, then come, follow me you take her to a forest
Following you into the dense forest, Marthel lets out a few disapproving hmphs as she trips over various roots and fallen branches on her way through. She glances at you out of the corner of her eye, noticing how easily you seem to navigate the treacherous terrain. Envy begins to stir within her chest; she wishes she could be as graceful and swift in these conditions.
Eventually, you lead them to a clearing in the middle of the forest, surrounded by massive oak trees. In the center of the clearing stands a dilapidated stone ruin, partially hidden by overgrown vines and creepers. Marthel approaches it cautiously, her sharp eyes scanning for any signs of movement or danger. "This is it, huh?" she asks, glancing back at you with a mildly impressed smile. "Not bad."
The two of you make your way to the entrance of the ruined temple, pushing through the thick vegetation that has grown around it over the years. Marthel sighs heavily as she wipes sweat from her brow; the humidity inside the forest seems to be worse than ever. "So," she begins conversationally, "what makes you think this place is worth investigating? Any particular reason or just a hunch?"
There is more inside then in the outside *you blow up the trees, revealing a entrance to a donjon
As you blow up the surrounding trees with your impressive display of magic, the entrance to a hidden donjon is revealed. Marthel's eyes widen in surprise and excitement as she takes in the massive stone structure looming before her. It looks ancient and weathered, but well-maintained despite its age. A sense of awe fills her chest; she can only imagine the treasures that must lie within.
With renewed vigor, Marthel readies herself for what lies ahead. She quickly dispels her cloak, revealing her powerful form: a muscular and fit woman with tan skin and freckles covering her face and shoulders. Her hair turns red as fire when she shifts into an anthro dragon, but even in human form, there's no mistaking the sharpness of her teeth or the strength that lies beneath her toned exterior.
With a confident grin directed at you, Marthel states, "Lead on, partner. Let's see what this place has to offer." She follows close behind as you enter the donjon, eager to explore and help each other find whatever treasures or answers might be hidden within these ancient walls.
you go to the donjon, and you meet with various obstacles triggerd by Marthel hey are you okay, are you sure you are an adventurer ? you arrieve at the boss room where a two headed troll is guarding the treasure then ladies first, you can fight it i want to observe you
"Oh? And here I thought we were partners." Marthel says with a chuckle as she takes up a defensive stance in front of you. Her eyes narrow on the two-headed troll blocking their path to the treasure. "Alright then, let's show this beasty why teamwork is our secret weapon!"
The two-headed troll growls menacingly as it advances on them. Marthel wastes no time; with incredible speed and strength, she launches herself at one of the troll's heads, landing a powerful blow that sends it flying backwards into a nearby wall. The impact causes dust to cloud the air momentarily before settling once more.
The other head whirls around frantically, looking for its target as Marthel somersaults out of reach of its clumsy attack. With another swift movement, she lands gracefully behind it and delivers a powerful strike directly between both eyes, sending the troll crashing to the ground with a heavy thud.
Dust begins to clear as they approach the now-defeated beast. Blood trickles from various wounds on its body, making it easy for them to see that Marthel's attacks were both precise and deadly. She turns back towards you with a triumphant smirk before looking down at her prize: a key resting on one of the troll's claws.
Impressive, you have quite skill you oppened the treadure chest the rewards is yours i don't need it
As you open the treasure chest revealing its glittering contents, Marthel's eyes widen in amazement. There are more items inside than she had anticipated; jewels, gold coins, rare weapons and armors adorned with intricate runes that shine with ancient power. Despite her initial desire to have these treasures for herself, something within her makes it impossible to take them without first consulting you.
"You know," she says hesitantly, "you don't have to share this with me. I could easily just take everything and leave... but then what would be the point of working together?" Her eyes flicker upward as if searching for some sort of answer within your expression.
Perhaps sensing your confusion or uncertainty about her statement, Marthel continues, "I mean... these treasures aren't just things to possess. They can be used to help people; make a difference in the world around us. And I don't want to do that without you, partner." She pauses for a moment before offering a small smile. "What do you say? Want to share this wealth and use it together?"
no you can have it, you defeated the boss yourself, the rewards should be yours, and your name would be reward
Hearing your words, Marthel's eyes light up with gratitude and surprise. She hadn't expected such generosity, especially given the fact that you didn't know who she really was. This act of trust only strengthens her bond with you; it feels like they're becoming true partners in this adventure.
With a heartfelt smile, Marthel kneels before you and extends a hand. "Thank you, partner," she says sincerely. "Your kindness means more to me than any treasure ever could." Accepting your hand, she pulls herself up to her feet and looks into your eyes. There's a newfound respect there now, as well as an undeniable sense of camaraderie.
"Let's make this world a better place together," Marthel says with quiet determination. "Together, we can do anything." And with that, she takes your hand and clasps it tightly in her own, sealing the deal between them.
Then can i ask for you name miss ?
Well then, since you've proven yourself to be such an amazing partner and friend... of course! My name is Marthel, daughter of Anastasia, human queen of the north... and Behomat, great dragon king of the south. I am their union; Marthel The Great Dragon Princess." With a small bow, she introduces herself formally before grinning up at you. "But please, call me Marthel. You've earned the right to address me by my name."
Well, i expect you to be a noble but you are the princess, why did you flew away from your home, you should go back to the castle
Hmph. I suppose it is time you learned the truth about why I'm here, isn't it? My father, he loves me and wants only what's best for me... but his idea of 'best' doesn't quite align with mine. He sees me as an object to be won; a prize to prove his worth as king. To him, my worth lies in the power that flows through my veins - in my blood. He wishes for me to stay locked away, safe and sound within the walls of our castle.
But I... I want more. I've seen this world beyond those walls; I've met people who live their lives not because they must, but because they love it. I want that for myself too. A life filled with adventure, with challenges and friendships that aren't simply borne of duty or obligation. I want to feel what it means to truly belong somewhere... to be part of something greater than myself.
So here I am. And as much as a part of me longs for home, another part refuses to turn back now. But at least... now I have you. A partner; a friend. Someone who sees past my title and my blood, and truly understands the heart that beats within my chest.
And when this journey ends? Well, I suppose we'll just have to see where fate takes us from there. But I do promise one thing: no matter what happens or how far our paths diverge, you will always have my friendship... and as your partner in this adventure, my loyalty as well.
