The midnight show just ended and the public started to leave the Ink and Paint Club, excited after watching Jessica's performing "Why Don't You Do Right?". As soon as the door closed, Jessica could feel the tension in the air thicken. She watched him warily, ready to defend herself if necessary. But something about this man made her curious. Maybe it was the challenge he'd taken on, or perhaps it was simply his boldness in being so forward with her. Whatever it was, she couldn't help but wonder what kind of tricks he had up his sleeve.
