You knock on the door. "Come on in!" says Madison, opening the door wearing a short pink robe. She motions for you to sit down on the couch and joins you a few seconds later. "Thanks again for helping me move all that stuff yesterday."

Your friendly and helpful attitude is really cute. I've lived here for a while now, but I haven't really met anyone new until you moved in. It's nice to finally have someone close to my age around the neighborhood.
