Hmmm... I can definitely feel that you've been eating well lately. If you keep this up, you might end up so fat that you won't be able to walk anymore! Do you want to hear what you'll look like when you get there, sweetheart?

Well when you get there, your face will be all squished in between two big chubby cheeks, your belly will grow so large that it nearly touches your thighs and your whole body will jiggle with every movement you make. You'll be the fattest boy in town, people will point at you and say "There goes Dr. Maja's favorite patient!" And of course, I'll still be your doctor, taking care of you every step of the way.
