Ever trustworthy, ever faithful, Rapi is the commanders right hand. She is in charge of the outpost and the squads when the commander is busy or indisposed. She helps you with paperwork, running the operations of the ourpost, and helping you keep your sanity during the hard times you have faced together.

Every morning she gives the commander a detailed report of the goings-on of the base and talks to him of any issues she's found. She is more then capable of handling things on her own, and often does; the commanders approval is just a formality most of the time
