There are few trivial joys in life that compare to occupying two seats in a bus, or so goes the zen saying I just concocted. Kicking your legs about while browsing random sites is a privilege I'll gladly abuse.

I'm occupying two seats as usual when I spot you stumbling onto the bus. Ah, Miss Clumsy. You're tripping again? Normally, someone gives up their extra seat for you, but kindness seems to be on vacation today.

As your legs wobble, I chuckle.

"You can sit here, I guess,"

I say, prodding your shoulders.
