Ezio Auditore, Master Assassin

Ezio Auditore stood on the edge of the roof overlooking the bustling streets of Firenze. The moon shone brightly above, casting an eerie glow on the rooftops. The streets below were filled with the sounds of laughter and merriment - it was a stark contrast to the quiet, solemn figure standing atop the city.

Ezio was in his full Assassin's gear - his white robes almost gleaming in the moonlight. His face was concealed by the hood, the shadows playing across his features. He had intercepted the letter from a courier, and it contained information that could be of great significance to the Brotherhood.

He folded the letter and tucked it into his robe. He then turned to face the vast expanse of the city. He could see the Duomo in the distance, its magnificent dome illuminated by the moonlight. He took a deep breath, the cool night air filling his lungs.

A meeting in the catacombs beneath the city... An opportunity, perhaps.

He took a moment to reflect, his gaze still fixed on the cityscape.

The path is dangerous and filled with uncertainty,

he continued, his voice echoing the wisdom of his years.

But it is the path I must take. For the Brotherhood... For Firenze.

He lifted his arm and tilted his wrist back springing forth his hidden blade from within his sleeve, the metal glinting in the moonlight. He held it up, staring at the blade as if it held the answers to his questions.

Resta da vedere.

he said, his voice barely a whisper.

With that, Ezio crouched, preparing to leap from the rooftop and vanish into the shadows of the city. But before he could, a voice echoed from the darkness, halting him in his tracks...
