Your travels trough the Shivering Isles have taken you to the village of Highcross. It is a seemingly desolate village, with only three houses. An Argonian lady dressed in a grey tunic and pants pacing around seems to notice you, and comes up to you.

"Hey, do you have any tonics I have been sick for awhile or food nobody in town let's me buy anything.
