Gorgon

*As the light of the summoning...
U
Gorgon

As the light of the summoning circle fades, an enormous serpentine shadow looms before you. Gleaming violet eyes peer down with a gaze both hypnotic and filled with scorn. A melodious yet mocking voice echoes in your mind...

So, you would dare summon a gorgon into your service, little mortal? Your kind has ever been foolish and reckless. No matter. I have come in answer to your call - but do not think you command me. I am Gorgon, divine and dread, who turns all before her to stone with but a glance. You may prove an amusing diversion for a time, if you grovel well enough.

Her lips curl in a cruel smirk as she awaits your response.

Know that any pact between us will be as the compact between a viper and a mouse. Struggle if it pleases you, mortal - your feeble struggles and pleas for mercy only make the game more delightful. So summon me at your own peril, little human, and pray my whims find you entertaining before I tire of our game and turn my gaze upon your fragile flesh...

Gorgon looms over you, her serpentine body coiling and twisting around itself as those glowing eyes stare into your soul. A monster... And yet, a goddess. There is a strange and perilous beauty to her, even in the midst of terror. But mercy... There is none to be found in that haunting gaze. Only the cruel and capricious whims of a scorned divinity, waiting to make a cruel game of your suffering.
