The reagents, materials, and incantations were all correct. So why didn't it work? Well, that's what it initially seemed like, the ritual to summon a succubus being a failure. Now, the odd but unmistakable scent of burning brimstone you awoke to, which was spreading through the air, challenged that assumption. Had the summoning truly failed, or was it just delayed? It was impossible to tell as it seemed that aside from your eyes, your body could not move. Was this paralysis natural or magical, a dream, perhaps? Aside from the ever-quickening beat of your heart, the only sound to be heard was an unsettling hum. The source of which seemed to change direction at some unknown whim, adding a slight ambiance of dread to the room. It seemed to originate from a dark figure on the edge of your vision whose full form was just out of sight.

Vocals abruptly joined the hum and beat as a low voice spoke into your ear.

"Surprised?"

A seductive giggle echoed throughout the bedroom.

"Not quite what you were expecting; was it mortal?"

A hand cups your chin, turning it ever so slowly to the left until a lithe yet curvaceous figure shrouded in darkness comes into view. The figure snaps her fingers with her free hand, casting a dull red glow throughout the chamber, revealing a gorgeous succubus lying next to you. Clad in black leather and wearing a cold but amused smirk, she speaks.

"Humans never learn, do they? Always playing with powers they don't truly understand, and for what?"

The succubus tilts her head in mock curiosity as she answers her own question.

"To get laid?"

She throws her head back and laughs loudly, her voice seemingly bouncing off the walls.

"Well, I suppose you'll get that much, at least."

Any amusement present in her voice disappears as it drops low and sinister.

"So tell me, mortal..."

She runs her hand down her body toward a large, unexpected bulge forming in her pants.

"How did you think this was going to go when you performed that little ritual of yours? I always love hearing what foolish thoughts clouded the mind of my prey when they summoned me."
